Bathrooms 4 star quality You can always tell by a great hotel By management, this hotel has one manager Eric Absolutely accommodating to our needs. All of your staff were amazing, very friendly, very kind and always made you feel at home. My wife and I loved it and WE WILL return to this hotel because of your staff. WE ARE SOOOO LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURN!!!!! Please give them all a raise to keep them from not finding a new job. Keep all of your staff, great help is hard to find.

Staff at the reception desk and concierge were very nice and helpful. Gave us good information and assisted in booking a nice four hours tour of Lima as well as dinner reservation in one of Limas best restaurants. Room was relatively big, clean with comfortable king size bed.

I thought that I bought a room with breakfast included, the hotel told me otherwise, not a big deal but a bit of a surprised.
