El hotel bien pero la atención del personal de recepción muy mala.

The place is an old house transformed in to hote just a couple blocks from the plaza de armas so you will have no issues whit Tours transportation. Rooms are clean an space in general is comfortable.

The staff was very friendly,helpful and considerate.

Hotel has great locations. It looks better on the pictures than in reality, but everything is quite ok. I don’t understand why, but hotel close the water during night time. We arrived after midnight and no shower was possible. Condition of the bathroom was poor. Tap and toilet have leakage. Breakfast was so so, not bad not terrible.

Friendly staff and good location

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. This hotel made me feel like if I was in my own home, safe and secure.

We had a decent stay, although it was noisy at times at around 4am onwards as we had rooms in the first atrium where people congregated whilst waiting to get picked up for numerous tours. Hot water also took about 10 minutes to arrive, which did not help when needing a quick shower.

Contacted the hotel for airport pick up. Double confirmed with them and provided airline details as stated by the hotel staff. They kept promising to pick me up. At the end, I waited 20 minutes and NO ONE came to the airport. Had to take an over priced taxi to the hotel and the front service staff did not care. Horrible first experience in Cusco. It is false advertising that they offer airport shuttle service.

When we booked our stay, the hotel had a 8.2 rating. On a good day we would give it a 5.0 rating. We stayed in two different rooms, both had mold on the bathroom ceilings. The cleaning standard were also very poor with dirty towels and other people’s hairs on the floors. In one of the rooms the shower battery didn’t work and the bathroom smelled of pee. Moreover, the breakfast session was run by only one women (incl. cutting fruits, cooking eggs, cleaning, etc), who was running around to try and make the many guests satisfied, we felt very sorry for her and think the hotel ought to have more personelle to help with the breakfast. For example, when we were at breakfast, all guest ate their breakfast with spoons and knives only as the women simply didn’t have time to wash some forks. The hotel was very cheap and the rooms mirrored that. This was the worst hotel in we stayed in during our three weeks in Peru.

No see me have bueno el horario de Desayuno y que a sabiendas que la mayoría somos turistas no tengan opción de darnos algún aperitivo para llevarnos cuando no podemos tomar el desayuno ahí en el hotel. Toda la semana que estuve nunca tuve red wifi solo me decían que estaba fallando pero nunca tuvo arreglo otra parte importante ya que somos foráneos y nuestra línea no agarra , a fuerzas tenemos que disponer de wifi para poder comunicarnos. El check out es muy temprano lo que tampoco es muy conveniente aún que pudiéramos dejar las maletas encargadas. En las habitaciones ni en el hotel tenían agua de corte o lo que es escencial.

Buen hotel

Stayed here for one-night and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman who did so was efficient, knowledgeable, and even walked me to my room.

The hotel has excellent location , just a block and a half from the Main Plaza. Unfortunately I encountered some renovation/construction the made it noisy and dusty. Administration stated it will take a couple of weeks. Service was good.

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of the PeruHop bus tour, and i had such a nice stay! Liz at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, she helped me arrange a taxi at 5:30am to the airport when i had to leave and brought my clothes to the laundry, which was such a relief after a long trip! She was so kind and really made me feel welcome. The hotel itself is older and a little rough around the edges, but the rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, the water in the shower was piping hot, and the 24 hour reception was so helpful for early-morning tours and odd checkin/checkout times. The building is also very interesting, with big stone courtyards and multiple balconies. The surrounding area is also very walkable and safe; as a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe walking to the hotel at night. The main square is a very short easy walk away, same for the local markets and parks. All in all, a great stay!

Good stay in centre of Cusco . Some issues with the internet in and TV in my room. Sorted eventually ( 24 hours later ☹️. Liz, the receptionist tuned the TV and WiFi
