Tienen que poner en la página que si son peruanos tienen que pagar 30 dólares de impuestos ???? Increíble pero cierto ? Atención es un hotel peruano en departamento peruano ? Los extranjeros no lo pagan solo los peruanos por uso del hotel dicen ?

It’s very close the center of the city, and quite. The staffs are very nice

They are closed for renovation‼️‼️‼️ They will not refund your money, they will act dumb and claim they never got no reservation, they never got no money, even tho i showed them my reservation on the phone. SCAM SCAM SCAM‼️

Suite rooms are very well located, just in front of the main spuare, where most of the town festivities occur.

La señorita que nos atendió quiso hacer un cargo excesivo por concepto de impuestos no estipulados en la aplicación, lo cual nos impidió realizar el check in en hotel, hasta llegó a recomendarnos irnos a otro hotel en vez de dar una solución adecuada

El hotel y los trabajadores super bien, muy amables y el hotel super bien ubicado, lo malo es el ruido en la noche que no deja dormir pero si pides una habitacion alejada de la calle esta bien

Wonderful breakfast, awesome staff, great location. Only thing, the electrical outlets need to be upgraded, we couldn't keep phone chargers plugged, nor the lamp.

Good service

The hotel is near everything, the personnel are nice, the breakfast is very good. As i was checking out, they wanted me to pay !20 soles extra because I had checked in two hours before the official check in time.I was not aware of this until they sprung it on me as I was trying o go to the airport. Because of this conflict and discussion with hotel employees, I ended up missing my flight out of Ayacucho. I had to send a bit more than $100 for a ticket with another airline, as LATAM would have charged me more for the ticket with SKY, I will never stay with DM HOteles in Ayacucho again.

Decent hotel right in the centre of town. A bit difficult to drive a car there though since all the streets are one way and traffic was quite heavy. Location is great since it’s right at the centre. Lots of eating options there too. Hotel itself is roomy and spacious. Though it has a bit of a dated feel due to the room colors and the dark lighting. The light inside is very dark. And makes the room look dirty.

Beautiful old historic building just a block from the Plaza de Armas. Excellent service from the staff.

A mi regreso note que sacaron de mi cuarto una pantaloneta NIKE totalmente nueva.

Es un hotel antiguo, lo mantienen bien pero sería bueno remodelación.

The hotel was in the center of the city and it was easy to walk around. Unfortunately in Ayacucho there is no rental car company so I took a tour instead to go visit a place I wanted to go. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I also bought an artisan work from a local artist which was in the showcase at the hotel.
