Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est assez maigre mais bon. Ici c'est l'hiver, il fait froid dans les chambres (pas de chauffage, velux de la salle bains impossible à fermer, eau de la douche pas chaude). Il faut laisser sa clé de la chambre dès que l'on sort, donc tout le monde est au courant de chacune de nos sorties. De même on ne nous donne pas la clé de la porte de la rue ce qui fait qu'on doit à chaque fois sonner pour rentrer et qu'on se se sent obligé de ne pas rentrer tard pour ne pas réveiller tout le monde.. Le quartier est sympa mais éloigné de tout. L'accueil vous commande un Uber sans problème. Déçue dans l'ensemble compte tenu du prix.

It is an amazing ARTISANAL location ... impossible to have in your portfolio. We went in ... saw and left. A low key backpackers place at a noisy street. Service unprofessional but kind ... backpacker ! Kick it out !

D’Osma staff was wonderful and so friendly! Barranco is also a great neighborhood to stay in Lima. However, our room was pretty awful smelling (formaldehyde, mothballs? Not sure) and the bathroom down the hall was old without hot water, so we were looking forward to our next destination.

Nice and helpful staff. The girls made all reservations for us for our trip to Aguas Calientes and to Machupicchu. Plus they made a delicious and rich breakfast.

The hotel and the staff are amazing. They helped with info and transportation. I’m trilled

D'osma was such a lovely place to stay. The beat thing about the hotel is the staff - they are all so welcoming and lovely and go above and beyond to help! I had missing luggage via Latam and the hotel staff kindly helped me with the airline to locate it and have it delivered! The breakfast is great and so fresh and the location is amazing. So close to transport anywhere in the city, art galleries restaurants and cages great bars and pubs The Room is very small but I was out and about most of the time. Lima is also extremely cold at the moment and so was the room as there is no heating I would definitely stay here again. ;)

Staff was wonderful - accommodating and super friendly. Everything was beautiful and clean and breakfast was simple but lovely. My only complaint is that it was very easy to hear the street noise from my room.

Good: personnel was very nice, the place was clean and room was nice. Bad: place resides just beside a big street, so ear plugs are to be used if you want to sleep. Anyhow, I won't be going there again.

todo correcto el wifi bien.. el personal educado y amable.. la única pega es el calor de la habitación que me asignaron.. hacia mucha calor por el día y era difícil estar en el cuarto.. la limpieza era muy correcta. una de las noches no salía agua caliente.. y tuve que irme a ducharme a otra ducha del hotel. a pesar de eso el personal era muy amable y los acontecimientos negativos pasaban desapercibidos.. la zona es ideal

Every staff there is very friendly and always welcomed us with warm smiles and greetings. When they knew that we cant meet the breakfast time for the first morning due to early departure for tour, they offered to prepare breakfast box for us. On the day we checked out, we suddenly had some issue with the bus we booked to Huaraz. The on-duty staff tried very hard to assist us by checking on internet and making several phone calls. We're very touched by their service.

Muy acogedor y con aire familiar. Super relajante, te sientes como en tu casa. El desayuno rico y completo.

Barranco é um bairro encantador: cheio de construções antigas, bons restaurantes e com um comércio bastante diversificado.

The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to your needs. The rooms are clean, funky (fun art and architectural design), yet overall pretty basic. Good hot water. I'd recommend D'Osma for backpackers on a budget who want to meet and get to the hotel staff, as well as more seasoned travelers who still choose vibe and soul over stale, bigger hotels.

This was a very charming B&B with a lot of character. The location is fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. There's a nice open-air courtyard as well. The only negatives were very minor: the internet is a little slow, though that's probably just be a Peru problem in general, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room, (and in their bathroom) as if there were only a curtain between. But we had a great time and would stay there again.
