Stayed for 3 nights. Very convenient location close to everything. They pick you up and drop you off at the train station carrying your luggage. Breakfast and dinner was included for us. They did a great job refreshing the room each day. They also had umbrellas in the room which was a good touch Cons: Front desk wanted to give me a room with 2 single beds (for my wife and I). I had to open up Expedia booking and convince them to give me a king bed which they reluctantly did Dinner made both my wife and I sick Bathroom is a little weird with no exhaust fan

Hotel cool, novo, de muito bom gosto. Basico e sustentavel pela proposta Vantagem csfe manha ser servido a partir das 4 horas da manha e assim cumprir os agendamentos Pará Matchupichu as 6am, caso seja o caso. O unico incoveniente é que a piscina e sauna sao pagas como day use. Nao me atentei a isto e me frustei pois custo é alto considerando a diaria do hotel

La peor de todas

The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Use of the spa pool and dry sauna were included in our stay. The sauna was great. Would have given 5 stars except the food, which was included in the price, was really bad. We only ate dinner there the first of two nights after tasting the food. I could say more about this, but hopefully the hotel management has a plan for improving. Breakfast was abundant, but so-so at best. We had a mishap with laundry that took a very long time for the hotel to resolve, causing us to almost miss our train to Cusco. They billed us for 30 instead of 3 pair of pants and it seemed to take many layers of authorization to correct the error.

Very nice hotel in convenient location. The property is a bit oddly configured but the staff is first rate.

Perfectly located within easy walking distance from the train station and the bus to Machu Picchu. Friendly service, good breakfast and dinner and clean rooms. Comfortable beds as well. Glad we stayed here and we recommend it.

We had a great time in El MaPi - clean property with friend staffs. It is easily walkable between hotel, train station, and bus station.

Very nice accommodation at the heart of Machu Picchu Pueblo. Loved having access to the restaurant, bar and breakfast and our room was very comfortable and clean.

Las habitaciones limpias y nuevas. Las vistas no eran las mejores pero es difícil por la zona. El hotel muy bien y el personal muy amable y atento.

La comida no era buena el personal de la recepción y restaurante con poca actitud de servicio y cero calidez
