La pileta debería funcionar y las macetas deberían tener bonitas plantas y flores ! Eso le falta a El Truco

La ubicacion es perfecta y las habitaciones amplias ymuy bonitas. Te atienden superbien y esta muy limpio. Solo falla un poco el aguacaliente.

Mucho ruido para dormir. Pero el personal fue muy amable. Tuvimos un percance con la lavandería, nos quisieron cobrar 9 kilos pero yo sabía que no había dejado tanta ropa para lavar. Cuando lo pesaron delante nuestro eran solo 5.3 Kg de ropa. Parece que tercerizan el servicio y quizá deban buscar mejores alianzas para trabajar. Por lo demás el personal fue servicial.

Trying to figure out why my review is so different than everyone else’s! We stayed in room 104 maybe we got the bad room in the hotel. My girlfriend and I are modest hotel stayers certainly not bougie type we don’t mind humble places. But this hotel is advertised as higher end which is definitely was not. The bathroom was very dated and poorly designed. Our toilet broke (would not flush) during our stay and there is no maintenance staff to repair it. The front desk employee tried to fix it but was unsuccessful so I had to fix it (somewhat) myself. The angle of the sink made it nearly impossible to wash your hands. Also the wall mounted hotel style hair dryer didn’t work. We asked for a substitute which they didn’t have. Finally, the included breakfast was very weak and the waiter was rude. All of these are would be normal minor issues during a hotel stay but added together along with the lack of attention by the staff encouraged us to end our stay early! We were very happy with the hotel we moved to (Tierra Viva). A much better hotel at a fraction of the price!!

Overall stay was adequate. Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. Needed to request heater as room did not have one. Looked like other rooms had. Also, shower water could have been warmer. On up side, breakfast was good (included). Staff was overall friendly.

Cuando hicimos el check in llegamos de un viaje largo y toda la noche sin dormí y no revisamos en detalle lo que estábamos recibiendo. Fuimos a almorzar y cuando regresamos al hotel nos dimos cuenta: 1- No había calefactor portátil para atenuar el frío 2- la puerta de la habitación no tenía ninguna seguridad por dentro. 3- El baño necesitaba más de media hora botando agua hasta que llegara el agua tibia. La puerta de la tina tenía moho negro y también el Las uniones de los azulejos. Se veía que hacía mucho tiempo no se le hacía una buena limpieza con liquids desinfectantes. 4-Al tratar de abrir una gaveta del único mueble que había para acomodar algo, se desclavó y la tapa cayó al piso.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com construção bem típica da região. Muito limpo e bem funcional. Atendeu às nossas necessidades. Café da manhã um pouco fraco e a água do banho esfriava se todos da família tomassem banho em sequência. O terceiro tomava frio! Mas pelo preço achei que valeu!

Zimmer soweit ok, wenn man über Kleinigkeiten hinwegsieht. Es kann auch schon mal. Bis Mitternacht sehr laut werden, da hinter dem Hotel mitunter Livemusik zum besten gegeben wird. Dem Personal beim Frühstück kann man während der Arbeit die Schuhe besohlen. Man wartet schon mal eine halbe Stunde auf seinen Kaffee

The location was amazing. The hotel was acceptable for the price, just Ok. We arrived four hrs prior to the check in at 1pm, we waited till 1:15 and received a semi cleaned room, bed sheets were changed and proper, bathroom was partially cleaned, the cup was unwashed, the shampoo and conditioner were empty, even when we asked for refill, they remained empty. The faucet was broken and taped, The staff were friendly but not able to speak English, the courtyard is nice, fresh flowers were displayed.

Hotel muy descuidado, lo único rescatable es su ubicación.

A good hotel, staff was great and friendly. However, we were on the ground floor but heard the squeaky noise from above which disrupted our sleep.

Loved this hotel. Luce was fantastic and made us feel at home and was there whenever we needed her. The location is a dream and walkable to just about anywhere. The courtyard was a nice place to hang out to have coffee in the morning before we got our day started. Everyone was so friendly and we always got a "buenos dias" from staff as well as fellow travelers. I highly recommend El Truco!

este lugar es malo. no muy limpio intentarán extorsionarle. con reclamos falsos de daños sin pruebas. no te quedes aquí no les des tu dinero. This place is really bad. Not very clean, and they will try and extort money from you. with fake claims of damage with no proof. do not stay here do not give them your money.

Very noisy place! This hotel has 2 restaurants. One in front and one within the square of the rooms. From hearing the customers to the foot traffic of the employees the noise is Never-ending. Im talking until like 3am. The bed in the room had a big dip in it so, it was uncomfortable. Each toss felt like i was going to roll off. The hot water takes a long time to turn on and is not accessible daily. The office staff is a couple. The man is akward and tries to know your fulll iternary. He wanted to know my exact hours etc. No thanks. Our flight was changed on our last day. I asked to keep our luggage there for the 7 hour difference by booking an additional night. The woman didnt think i could hear the phone conversation and she began to hike up the price seeing that "we could afford it". I planned on giving her a tip regardless, but not then. When i saud no abd questioned the price she called our room over and over again.

This hotel is located very close to the main plaza, and is on another smaller plaza with a fountain. The hotel is nice with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. For the money it is exvellent, especially if you are only going to sleep in the room. My room was very clean too. The only reason it didn't get a 10 is that the sheets are thin, the pillows are small and soft and the room was dark and unpleasant to be in. But for the money, it is very good.

Me sentí súper bien. Un hotel precioso y con apenas ruido de otras habitaciones con un bonito patio central. La recepción, súper amable y dispuesta a hacerte la vida más fácil. Dos dias que me fui súper temprano, el recepcionista me tenía preparado un pícnic Todo limpio y hasta dejando las toallas colgadas y bien puestas, me las cambiaron por limpias.
