I had a problem with Expedia, they charged me twice for my last week and the property manager fight for me until they returned my money. The staff is very friendly, very clean, free breakfast and the location is excellent! Very happy!

Located in a nice, safe and quiet part of Miraflores - Lima, Peru. The staff is really friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist. They offer a simple but tasty breakfast to help get your day started. The room itself was rather basic, clean, and provided a warm shower and a comfortable bed.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, la atencion durante el desayuno fue de primera, la sra Betty es la estrella del lugar. Tuve la habitacion con terraza y fue excelente! El unico aspecto negativo es que si uno sale de noche hay que tocar el timbre y el recepcionista se tiene que levantar a abrir, una vez no se desperto y tuve que bajar a abrirle a unos muchachos que salieron a disfrutar la noche limeña. Deberian instalar una cerradura con codigo asi los huéspedes pueden entrar cuando quieran. Igual lo recomiendo!

Exactly what we needed for an inexpensive overnight. They helped us schedule airport transportation for 3am. 3 block away from Miraflores boardwalk - so nice. Restaurants nearly. Heads up, our room didn’t have ac, but the constant breeze was sufficient.

La gente que atiende el Hotel son súper amables lo malo es que no tiene ascensor pero igual te ayudan a subir las maletas y si bien no tiene aire acondicionado, te dan ventilador. muy limpio tampoco te dan champú ni acondicionador pero bueno por el precio está súper bien la verdad que me quedo contenta y lo recomiendo

Small hotel in a great location in Miraflores. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The big issue was that it was very noisy at night- first because you can hear all the traffic, second- because a reception guy was watching a movie downstairs at a maximum volume the whole night. We had to leave early so don’t know about breakfast.

Only a small fan in the room…it was hotter in the room than outside. It was about 80 something degrees in the room so you had to keep the windows open. It was on not such a busy street but very loud because it was right next to the street. Couldnt sleep because of the heat and the noise. I booked for 3 days and they refused to give even a partial refund even though I only stayed for 4 hours because it was so bad

Service was the best. Very welcoming. Rooms are not so comfortable and it can be noisy at night. Breakfast is really good. It’s okay if you want to save money and the location is great. They also offer shuttle transfer.

Hotel bien placé a Miraflores mais donnant sur un carrefour tres bruyant et... avec l'escalier d'acces aux chambre ouvert sur le carrefour et donnant directement sur les portes des chambres ! Fenetres peruviennes = sans aucune isolation... Vous y dormirez donc dans un silence relatif de 1h à 4h30 du matin ! Note 10/10 très injustifiée 3 points positifs : le personnel est charmant et serviable, emplacement ideal et pas cher pour ce quartier. Boules Quies indispensables ! Petit dej minimaliste.
