Nice affordable place. With very nice staff.

The hotel clearly wasn't ready for us since Peru was just opening to tourists. The room was sandy and not in great shape. We ended up going to another hotel.

Its a nice cute & well located hotel. Jesus at reception is amazingly incredible & very helpful with whatever you may need. My only issue with the room was no A/C. This is never good in a desert. Even at night. I lived & i did go to sleep almost immediately from exhaustion. Other than that i I definitely recommend for the price. Especially if you're staying 1 night only as we did.

Pool was out of order and in a construction zone, the room was full of mosquitoes, the hotel overall was run down. Wouldn't recommend. The mattress was okay.

Check in was very easy and front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very large and clean. Same with bathroom. Breakfast was very nice - fresh squeezed juice, made to order eggs, coffee, and bread/jam. Offered free luggage storage and close to everything!

Although the listing says there is a pool accessible this is not the case! Like most tourist hotels in Peru the service is much better than the property. We had a good stay but the price was too high for what the property had to offer.

Amazing place, close to everything. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Amazing 'buggy tour ran by them as well.

Very nice place. Customer service was great. I asked for a 2nd pillow and cup of hot water. Both were brought to my room immediately

Very kind nice staffs. They worked hard to help with mosquitoes.

Issues with CC processing of payment but worked at the end. Room really really small for 4 people but the staff was great and accomadated us for early breakfast because of a tour we were taking really early in the morning! Overall would recommend.

We rented a car at the airport and drove to this resort. They waited for us to get there since we arrived late. They provided breakfast and had amazing dinner options. Also had drink in refrigerators and laundry services where everything was charged to the room. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but the host Kenji/Jesus gave us all the options we were looking for and scheduled it for us. We went to Islas Ballestras in a bus (poor mans galapagos) and sand dunes and sand boarding, city tour, winery tour and we just paid at the end. Pool option available at no extra charge. Our room was a little warm, while the hallways were cool. They did provide a vertical fan for us.

Hostal Claudia in Huacachina is located fine, protected from the noisy area. Breakfast is ok, wifi working on and off. In all, ok for the price

ワカチナの真ん中に立地しているため3階のオープンデッキからのオアシス・砂漠の眺めはGood。ただ、リゾート地で、隣がプール付きのホテルのため、深夜までうるさい。エアコンなく、ファンのみ。無料Wi-Fiあるが、つながりが異常に悪い。このクオリティで1泊4000円ごえは高い印象。

La peor experiencia de mi vida, nunca me ha pasado realizar una reserva dando mí número de tarjeta y todo y llegar al hotel y que me digan que no cuento con hospedaje. .........muy decepcionada con hoteles.com porque el hospedaje Claudia nos comentaron que ustedes no se comunicaron con ellos para la reserva respectiva y mejor hubiera sido que yo reservara directamente con ellos. En resumen ustedes tienen toda la irresponsabilidad. Muy decepcionada de ustedes y como comprenderán voy a contar a todas mis amistades posibles sobre este acontecimiento para que ellos no se vayan a ser sorprendidos y un viaje de placer se convierte en un viaje de horror. 長距離バスでの疲れを取るため すぐシャワーを浴びたかったが、お湯が出る時間が決まっていて水しか出なかった。スタッフは明るい気さくな方々でした。
