Hice la reservación de 2 cuartos y solamente me dieron uno, no tenía comunicación con Uds nunca respondieron a mis mensajes, deseo la devolución de mi reserva

At Marita hostel, I had a good experience. The hostess was flexible enough to accommodate my needs. There was a situation at first, that the hostess readily and happily agreed to help. The place was also reasonable clean and quiet. I recommend this place for families as the rooms are clean and spacious.

No era lo que esperaba, habitaciones prefabricadas en la azotea con un mínimo de seguridad. La seguridad de la puerta pauperrima solo con un candado. El acceso a las habitaciones difícil.

I feel badly in a sense giving this place a '3' rating. But, the reality is that it was ill represented online. The advert stated "free airport shuttle" which was NOT true. They did arrange for me a taxi - a very old car! Nice driver, but I did have to pay. It was essentially someone's home with rooms to rent. I had seen photos online of bedroom with bathroom when I booked, but when I got there, the bathroom was shared. I was right beside the kitchen table so there was a LOT of noise. If I had needed to work, it would have been difficult. The family was nice, and helped me to get some tickets printed and so on. The advert also said breakfast was included and basically, they showed me to the kitchen. They had two cats (not stated in the advert), and I am VERY allergic to cats. One cat liked to sit in the kitchen sink by the dish drainer where the clean dishes were kept which did not thrill me as I am not a pet in the house person. There were no toiletries available. So, it was NOT a terrible stay, but it was an UNEXPECTED situation. If you are okay with the noise, the in and out of people, a shared bathroom, buying your own food, and cats, then no problem! Again, it was just unexpected, but the host family was lovely!
