Hotel muy incómodo, no es como lo muestran

Recepção ótima, limpeza muito boa, a localização não era tão perto das atrações, o bairro Miraflores é grande, mas tinha restaurantes próximos, OS ATENDENTES muito prestativos, até para ajudar com passeios turisticos.

first room had no place to hung up clothes, only night table. second room there was a toilet inside the shower, it was very odd, I had to pick up my soap from the shower and it was so small I hit my shoulder with the water faucett, it was that small, only a child could take a shower there! third room was on second floor, finally a decent room with an armoire to hung up my clothes and a regular shower! Breakfast was just ok, I expected to have fruit like guanabana, strawberries or pineapple. They only offer tiny bananas and manderines. there was a drunk customer shouting at 2 am and I could not sleep after hearing him , he also shut off his door very loudly. Did I mentioned first night I could not sleep because hotel was very cold? they forgot to put blankets in the room!! one pillow was nice, the other pillow was filled out with a very rough material, that felt like horse food. horrible, they should definitely replace towels for big ones and I never had a face towel either. Receptionist were nice, all of them did the best to help me out to change rooms, etc. Please include more fruit choices and better ham and cheese choices. Only really cheap ham and super fat cheese were in the breakfast.

La habitación no era como nos muestran las fotos.. las camas nunca las arreglaron.. nunca tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos.. y los colchones eran sumamente viejos se sentían los resortes LO PEOR !!!

Very clean hotel but very small room and just one towel.

Me gusto el sitio y la privacidad, el lugar endonde se encuentra ubicado es muy tranquilo.

Bra frukost, bra standard, trevlig personal. Kort promenad utanför Miraflores.

Basic hotel, room smelt damp and holes in bathroom ceiling. Check in was straightforward and good location.

Me quedé 2 veces. Y las 2 veces fueron igual de buena

El hotel está ubicado en una zona de facil acceso a otros lugares. La recepcionista del turno mañana nos orientó y guió con precisión sobre las salidas que podíamos hacer con mi hijo; bus y zonas de interés para conocer. El inodoro estaba tapado y rápidamente lo solucionaron. Muy buen desayuno y muy atenta también la señora que servía el mismo.

Exactly as described online. Simple but exactly what I needed and hoped for. Excellent neighbourhood!

Positif: endroit sécuritaire, employer aimable, drap propre, quartier tranquille Négatif: tapis au sol qui donne humidité et odeur horrible, salle de bain salle,nous avons mis une serviette au sol pour sortir de la douche et elle est resortie noir, petite chambre sans fenêtre extérieur,les photos sur hotel.com lui donne un aspect beaucoup plus jolie, mais on se rend compte que c’est du beau travail de photoshop.
