호스텔 카사 델 몬타니스타

도심에서는 조금 거리가 있는 지역이지만, 조용하고 쉬기 좋습니다. 마당에서 먹는 아침도 아주 기분이 좋았어요. 고양이 세 마리와 강아지 한 마리가 있어서 즐거웠어요.

No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. Al fin lo encontramos y nadie nos habría la puerta, salió un chico borracho que no tenia idea de la reserva. Estaba solo. No nos daba ninguna solución. Entramos porque mi niña quería ir al baño y los cuartos sucios, olía terrible. Después llegó una chica y lo mismo, no sabía nada, ella solo vivía ahí. Al rato salió un señor totalmente borracho, ni podía hablar. . Menos mal unos policías de turismo nos ayudaron y por ellos es que nos devolvieron el dinero. Todo mal en ese lugar.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal

Nos atendieron muy bien, muy atentos, sabian de nuestra llegada, nos esperaban, nos ayudaron a subir las maletas y fueron muy cordiales. Los desayunos muy buenos y ricos. Las camas confortables. Su ubicación nos preocupó un poco al principio pero luego nos dimos cuenta que era seguro.

RESERVAMOS Y PAGAMOS EL HOTEL PERO AL LLEGAR SE NOS INFORMÓ QUE NO CONTABAN CON LA HABITACION RESERVADA Y PAGADA...Y PARA COLMO EXPEDIA ES TAN INEFICIENTE QUE HACEN TODO LO POSIBLE PARA COMPLICAR EL PROCESO DE REEMBOLSO POR SU PESIMA ATENCION AL CLIENTE E IMPOSIBILIDAD DE ENVIAR CORREOS ELECTRONICOS A SUS EMPLEADOS,

Room had a nice view, it was clean,’spacious room with running hot water 24 hrs a day and good WiFi reception. Breakfast was also good and statusfying. The location is up hill, and it’s about 15 — 10mn walk to the city center. Friendly service from staff!

O hostel possui staff muito gentil, simpatico e prestativo! Nos buscaram no terminal de ônibus. Cama muito confortável, com muitos cobertores, pra ficar bem quentinho e aguentar o frio. Cafe da manhã muito bom, com ovos, pães, geleia, suco, café e chás. Agendamos todos os trekkings com o próprio hostel e gostamos muito! Fica próximo ao centro da cidade, dá pra ir andando de dia e, se precisar de táxi, fica por volta de 5 soles. Voltaria a me hospedar nele com certeza!

Walter was an amazing host! Before we even got there he knew our whole itinerary for our stay and knew when and exactly where we had to be at all times. He made us feel very comfortable and confident!

Mixed review I'll start with the positive, hot shower and filling breakfast and I was able to check in early. The negative the hostel is very hard to locate on arrival from the coach station I took 3 taxis as the first 2 dropped me at random hostels. There was so much noise at night from the dogs barking and fighting. My room was meant to come with cable TV but this was not the case the TV only had 3 working channels. And finally what really upset me was my purple vest top which left on the chair in my room went missing. I asked the staff and they brushed it off and told me I must have misplaced it. This completely ruined my time at the hostel.

Apesar de ser um hostal simples, tive que me hospedar após ler tantos comentários positivos. A equipe é sensacional, muitos solícitos, atentos e dispostos a ajudar no que for possível para que tenha uma ótimo recepção. Nos buscaram no terminal de ônibus sem pedirmos. Nos ajudaram com os passeios, com uma excelente agência (acho que a melhor de Huaraz). Não há aquecedor, mas os cobertores são bem quentes. Café da manhã simples, mas suficiente. Com toda certeza me hospedaria novamente. Vale muito pelo que cobram.

Albergue localizado há uns 9 quarteirões da Plaza das Armas. A distância não foi um problema, exceto nos dias de chuva, pois nos últimos 3 quarteirões a piso é de terra e formava muito barro. Além disso, esses 3 quarteirões apresentavam pouca ou nenhuma iluminação. Porém esses problemas podem ser solucionados ao se utilizar um táxi por 5 soles. Fiquei hospedado em dois quartos, o primeiro não atendia as especificações do site de reserva. Café da manhã apenas a partir das 7 hs, composto por 2 pães, 1 ovo mexido, 1 copo de suco natural, café, chás, manteiga e geléia. Em uma das diárias não teve água quente para banho das 20 hs até às 7 hs do dia seguinte. Como pontos positivos: proprietário prestativo e cordial; proprietário busca o hóspede na rodoviária; segundo quarto amplo; o albergue oferece tours pelos melhores preços praticados na cidade.

Local tranquilo e silencioso. Boas camas e ducha. Café da manhã gostoso servido no jardim. Possui cozinha p uso e porta bagagens. O dono, Walter, é muito solícito e simpático. Busca na rodoviária. Tem vista para a montanha.

This is an excellent place to stay, but if you aren't being picked up, it can be hard to find the first time around. The breakfast was great, the rates reasonable, and the hotel quiet and pleasant. The staff was top notch as well.

Nos fue muy mal y no pudimos hacer uso del hotel. La zona de acceso es terrible y peligrosa. Por otro lado cuando llegamos los que nos recibieron estaban borrachos. Así que necesitamos devolución del dinero.

I would not stay here. VERY FAR, VERY NOISY and under construction. When i mean far. Its far and you need to walk up a sketchy road and to the very end. Cabs will not take you there, and the tuk tuk might depending whos driving. Its far out so there is MORE dogs around. Expect the worst sleep. Fighting dogs all night. And dust and renos during the day. Its a cheap price, but its SUPER FAR.

Good place with great hosts. Very knowledgeable of the area and activities. Helpful in setting up treks and logistics. Basic but solid.

Nice staff. Friendly eith everything you need. Quiet place.
