Nice location (Miraflores!), safe environment, lots of restaurants nearby. WiFi service was not steady, but good enough to chat with my friends in USA and Russia. And yes - a very friendly personnel and excellent room service.

Very nice, helpful staff. They accommodated early breakfast requests and assisted with finding a nearby lab for COVID testing. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is within a 30 minute walk to Larcomar, Miraflores parks, great dining, etc. Would definitely recommend!

El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de Larcomar y Café Buena Vista, la zona es tranquila aunque fría por su cercanía a la costa. Pensé que la noche sería terrible pero la habitación fue cálida. La cama super suave, tuve una estadía tranquila y muy cómoda. Agradezco la atención del personal y aplaudo que cumplan con todos los protocolos de bioseguridad.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Here is why:
- When I arrived, they charged me in dollars instead of soles, and I had to correct them. Took some convincing to show that I was right.
- The hotel itself is dilapidated and old. The room felt ancient.
- I had ants crawling in my sink. Yes, ants.
- There was an AC in the room but no remote to turn it on - and I had to request them to bring this up. Why is it not already there??
Long story short, do not try to save money and stay here. It's not worth it.

Hotel bem localizado, o quarto amplo e bom, cama confortável, o esquema do café entregue no quarto (protocolo Covid) foi bem bacana, banheiro amplo com banheira Hidro, sacada com mesinha, espaço interno com mesinha. Faltou cortina na salinha com mesinha e o cheiro do quarto lembrava a móveis velhos/ antiquário.

This was a good hotel, friendly staff and not too far from the central part of Mira Flores. Could have been closer though. There was only one towel in the room and one coffee cup for my husband and I oh, but that didn't matter since there was no coffee anyway. The lady at reception said she'd bring up some coffee we could have in the morning, but failed to do so.

The manager was so nice. She allowed to stay even the hotel was closed because of corona vírus.
They provide meals while I was there.
The place was clean and comfortable.
The place is well located. Close to the Brazilian embassy.

Great location in Miraflores close to the beach and main roads. Super clean boutique hotel. Rooms are nice and simple. Breakfast included is ok not wonderful. Great friendly staff an service. Pretty outdoor eating area.

Generally, i enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was good,the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was kind of small, but it was not a problem. What really upset me is that when we checked out we left our bags and went for a walk. Few minutes away from the hotel, we realized that we left a cell phone in the room. It was charging. We did not even think to come back right away, because we thought that a cleaning lady will find it and give it to the receptionist, as people do in the USA. But she did not. And, we didn't get our phone back.

I would stay here again. But, I was not real impressed with the breakfast. The eggs and the sausage were not kept warm and i could have used some bacon... perhaps the option of eggs to order might be nice. and maybe some bottles of water in the rooms...
