위치의 편리성

Nao recomendo, ao chegar nos mandaram para um quarto fora do predio principal cuja entrada nao tinha nem porta, apesar da cidade ser pequena a localização tambem não ajuda. Toalhas com cheio de mofo e lugar aparentemente sujo, televisão estava estragada e a parte do banheiro que tinha o chuveiro tinha uma cortina ridícula no lugar da porta. Preços muito altos para o que oferecem, mesmo que fossem mais baixos também nao recomendaria!

Muito ruim atendimento, faltaram toalhas no quarto, cafe da manha começou fora do horário.

La chambre correcte- secteur un peu bruyant en raison de la construction juste à côté Mais comme c est une petite ville, on est près de tout Le personnel est très gentil La jeune femme en charge du déjeuner est d une gentillesse - elle va au delà des attentes du client Un gros atout pour l hôtel cette jeune femme remarquable

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was full service and included in room cost. Very nice facilities and excellent staff!

Ponto positivo banheira e cama estavam ok. Janelas muito próximas aos vizinhos que eram uma bagunça o que não nos deixavam confortáveis no quarto. Cortinas que não cobriam toda a janela , muita entrada de luz. Café da manhã serve cedo, mas atrasou. Internet não funcionava no quarto , nem a TV. Armários fora do quarto para deixar bagagem. Os funcionários eram atenciosos.

The hotel front desk did not want to let me pay using a credit card and they did not want to honor the USD price I had locked in at the time of reservation. They insisted I needed to pay 1 USD to 4 Sol, despite that not being the conversion, and said their credit card device was suddenly not working. Then in the morning when we went to check out, the door handle was off the exterior door and we could not leave the building. We had to pound on the glass door loudly to get someone's attention. Their only response was that the door handle fell off - they did not seem concerned that we were locked inside.

Overall stay was OK. We were placed in a separate building than the main hotel so our room did not have WiFi. We also had a problem during our stay where our door handle broke. It took a couple of tries for the Hotel to fix the door. And finally, staff members barely speak English. This wasn't a problem for our stay as we had Spanish speakers, but this is something to take into consideration.

Good location near the train station and plaza. The room is clean and spacious, they have hot water for baths/showers. The staff are all very nice; they took care of my requests such as extra towels. One lady even helped me contct my next hotel in Cusco to arrange a taxi pickup from Poroy. I think wifi is poor, but i got a local sim with unlimited data so this is not a problem for me. A lot cheaper too than roaming from US. Highly recommended!

Atendente John foi muito agradável, solicito e nos permitiu prolongar nossa estadia por 3 hrs sem custo adicional.

Beautiful and quiet area the sound of the river soothed me to sleep at night and the size of the suite was almost as big as my apartment at home . Great price and the staff were very friendly. Alot of things to do and see in tbis area.

When we go in to the hotel rooms was not ready. It was not clean and the windows was broken. We was not able to close. Pillows were dirty and shower lead was broken.

El hotel esta muy bueno y bien ubicado, un desayuno excelente. Agua caliente todo el día y la temperatura de la habitación muy agradable. Lo negativo fue que se cortó la luz del hotel casi un día completo y el hotel no cuenta con grupo electrógeno ni con un servicio de electricista que solucione el problema de forma rápida, por lo tanto no hubo agua caliente ni se pudo disfrutar de los servicios del hotel, pese a esto el hotel no reintegro los servicios cobrados que no suministro. La relación calidad- precio no es buena.
