Communication was poor regarding the “shuttle”. It’s only free one way and must pre-arranged. The oxygen has a charge but this wasn’t explained the first time I used it. The “Do Not Disturb” sign was not honored and our things were gone through or moved in the room. Some of the staff were very helpful and others not so much. The rooms do not have blackout curtains and the street light/noise is bad.

A limpeza é impecável, café da manhã de muita qualidade porém o wifi não funciona bem, cai toda hora o sinal é bem ruim e estivemos no segundo andar, o acústico do hotel deixa a desejar já que ficamos uma noite inteira sem dormir devido aos hóspedes do quarto acima não paravam de rir alto, correr e balançar a cama, foi uma noite difícil e cogitamos procurar uma outra estadia porém ao falar com o rapaz da recepção o mesmo informou que o casal já havia saído.

Our experience was just okay. I would not stay here again. No glasses provided in the room, the room had a bad odor, just an okay experience for a short stay. Breakfast was a 5/10.

Lo busqué por cercanía con Wanchaq Perú Rail y tiene ubicación privilegiada. Me ofrecieron lunche el día de mi excursión en tren ya que no podría tomar el desayuno. Agua disponible 24/7, te olvidas de comprar para beber. Traslado aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto solo incluye un viaje, el segundo lo pagas tú. En general, excelente!!. Volveré a Warari.

Excellent hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. They helped me with all of my questions, helped me heat my dinner and getting a taxi. The room was very beautiful and clean. Highly recommended.

The hospitality of the staff at this hotel is astounding. We felt so very cared for and welcome. They always greeted us with smiles and even made us to-go meal baskets on days when we left before breakfast. They provided us an inexpensive laundry service and arranged our airport shuttle even though we needed to leave at 4 AM. The breakfast every morning was delicious. In addition to the normal spread, which consisted of different breads, meat, cheese, fresh fruit, fresh juices, cereals, tea, and coffee, they had hot items that were different each day. The hotel is spacious and has the feel of a boutique hotel or family-owned bed and breakfast. We loved the sitting areas on the third floor and the outdoor balcony on the top floor. The wifi is fine but a little spotty due to some older equipment. We stayed in a room with three beds and the room was clean, comfortable and well-designed, with ample space. Unfortunately, our experience was tainted by the lack of reliably-warm water. Mid-week, they changed us to a different room, but it was less reliable than our original room. So, it turned out that about 1/2 of our showers were either cold or barely warm. We also had fits with the shower doors not sliding open easily due to loose rollers on the track. We had a screwdriver and were able to get it tightened enough to slide open, but until we did it was pretty annoying.

We had a nice stay. Staff was very nice, specially Andres in the reception. Brasfast buffet was ok. Nothing luxurious. Walking distance to the main plaza about 15 minutes. Elevator is available, a big plus. Restaurants, shops plentiful in the area costing much less than in the main plaza.Things that needs to be taken care. Hot water goes away when you're showering. Returns later again. Its very annoying. They provide no irons. The toilet seat sits low. A common thing in Peruvian hotels.

El hotel tiene una estructura linda, muy acorde a sus raices y cultura, el personal es atento y estan dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Limpian las habitaciones todos los dias, algunas tienen calefacción otras no, tomar en cuenta. Para el desayuno deberian tener un poco mas de opciones, pero todos los panes qur colocaron estaban ricos. Volveria a hospedarme y lo recomiendo.

Relación al costo es un buen hotel el desayuno 10/10

Breakfast was pathetic. No hot water. This is a very old place and not comfortable at all for a family.

Excellent hotel, with a warm and hospitable front desk staff and a good fresh breakfast each morning. We want to give a special shout out and thank Janet for her attention and prompt service through our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was **spacious and clean**, which made my stay comfortable. The hotel also offers a **free shuttle bus to the airport**, which was very convenient, and I appreciated the **complimentary hot tea available in the reception area**. However, there were a few downsides. The **breakfast options were quite limited**, so it would be great if they could expand their menu. Another issue was the **lack of hot water** in the shower, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the **check-out time is at 9 AM**, which feels too early compared to most hotels (usually 11 AM or 12 PM). Despite these issues, the hotel provided good value for money, and the friendly staff made up for some of the shortcomings. If they could improve the hot water supply and extend the check-out time, it would make the stay much better. **Overall, a decent choice for a short stay**, especially if you need an airport shuttle.
