아르마스 광장에서 걸어서 15분정도 걸리고, 밤에 혼자 다니시면 완전 중심가는 아니기 때문에 조금 어두운 느낌 받을 수 있지만, 호텔 느낌으로 깨끗하고, 히터도 대여해주고 엄마 모시고 갔는데 만족하셨어요! 여기 호스트도 굉장히 친절하고 최대한 도와주려고 합니다. 아침도 생과일 주스를 포함하여 잘나오는 편이구요. 아, 다른 방은 모르겠는데 시끄러운 지역은 아니지만 저희 방은 바깥 소음이 잘 들리는 편이었습니다. 전체적으로 만족했어요!

온수 잘 나오고 침대는 아주 편안함. 조식은 먹을만하고 위치는 아르마스광장과 걸어서 20분정도라 좀 불편. 주인 친절하고 와이파이 잘 되는 편임. 춥다고하니 히터 제공해주었고 헤어드라이 빌려줌. 깨끗함^^

건축가인 주인이 직접 지은 호텔로 신축에 가깝다 아담하지만 깨끗하고 편안하다 또한 주인장의 예술적 취향이 담뿍 담겨있어 보기에 좋았다 엔틱 분위기가 물씬하고 뒷뜰의 정원도 너무 예뻤다 쿠즈코에 가면 또 머물고 싶다 강추!!!

Very convenient and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and the staff was awesome!

Ideal location, walking distance to main center of historic district. All staff saw to it that we had everything we needed. Enjoyed daily breakfast before setting out for the day.

The rooms are clean and quiet. It is very close to Wachaq station but about 15-20 min from the main plaza. 24 hour front desk is fantastic

We stayed at Illas Inn for 2 nights before and 3 nights after we did a hiking trek near Cusco. The hotel staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the start of our hike and providing storage for our luggage while we were on the trail. We were treated to a very delicious breakfast every morning of our stay and we looked forward to the delicious, fresh food and the friendly faces of the breakfast staff. When we arrived a bit early for checkin we sat in the lovely solarium at the hotel where we could view the beautiful and peaceful walled flower garden. The hotel is near all the sites we wanted to visit by walking. I didn't want to leave- we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Small, quiet, clean room. Simple and healthy breakfast. Very nice staff, Good value for solo travelers

Located within a 10 minute walk from the main square. Room was fine, had enough space for everything and the breakfast was good. Staff were very nice too and kept my suitcase in storage whilst I went to machu Picchu (you can't really take a large suitcase to machu Picchu on the train unless you folk out a lot of money with one of the train operators)

Staff was super friendly and the hotel was really nice. We had a train early in the morning to the location was perfect, it took us a 2 minutes to go from the hotel to the station.

Good hotel walking distance from the main plaza. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are not many restaurants close by, but there is a great produce market and supermarket with good prices. The only small negative thing is that the breakfast room is very cold.

El personal es muy amable, resolvieron todos mis problemas durante mi estancia (lavanderia, amenidades, gestión de huesdes ruidosos, ayuda con mis tours) lo cual agradezco mucho al ser extranjero. Las instalaciones son lindas y funcionales, suficiente para mi estancia, cerca de zonas de interés y dentro de zona donde las agencias de tours pueden recogerte. El desayuno es bueno y suficiente. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Son súper amables, excelente trato, instalaciones súper limpias, excelentes instalaciones.

Chambre impeccable Personnel accueil et petit déjeuner toujours très attentionné. Entre le terminal de bus et le centre. Plusieurs fois, nous avons demandé tardivement un petit déjeuner à emporter car départ avant l'ouverture du petit déjeuner, et les petits déjeuner nous attendaient le lendemain, Parfait !
