The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small and rather basic. The streets below are loud. Good shower! The accommodation is a good deal for your money.

The staff was really nice and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. However the room I stayed was not cleaned so well.

Breakfast was fresh. Staff was friendly even though we spoke different language. Conveniently located to walk to all the places

The room is small. The door of the bathroom could not open all of the way because it hit the toilet. Didn’t bother me but might others. The shower is hot and water pressure good unless other showers were being used at the same time. The breakfast is limited to coffee and eggs which were served with croissants and were delicious and adequate. The staff is helpful and friendly. The area is quiet.

Cerca de la estación y de los bus para ir a MACHU PICCHU a 100 metros. Las habitaciones no dan a la calle, por ende no tienen luz natural y se siente encerrado. Para una noche está ok

Hotel muito bem localizado e cumpre com o anunciado. Guarda as malas ate o horario do trem, e flexivel no horario do cafe da manha. So faltou um aquecedor no quarto para os dias mais frios.

Great hotel for our situation in Aguas Calientes. Clean hotel and great location. They have a portable heater for when it’s cold and the bathroom has ventilation. It has a cafe attached to it which is another convenience to us since we were exhausted from the train ride. Above all the service from the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. They also gave us breakfast to go at 5am due to our 7am appointment at Machu Picchu. Great experience overall.

Abbiamo trascorso 1 notte in questa struttura in attesa di salire a Machu Picchu. La struttura è in centro paese quindi la posizione è ottima. La stanza era accogliente e calda, anche la doccia era calda (cosa non scontata) In generale il soggiorno è stato positivo con l’unica eccezione del personale in quanto ad ogni nostra richiesta ha risposto in modo negativo (ad esempio avevamo chiesto di poter fare colazione alle 5:30 in quanto sulla pagina dell’hotel era indicato che la cucina fosse aperta dalle 5:00, ma ci siamo dovuti accontentar di un frutto ed una bottiglia di acqua take away), inoltre non parlavano minimamente inglese.

A very plain hotel in a comparably newly erected building. Everything is very basic.

My 2-night stay at Mantu Boutique was pleasant and comfortable. The young women working the front desk (and doubling as cooks/servers at breakfast) were very friendly, and when i found that the space heater in my room wasn't working, they quickly replaced it with one from a vacant room. Breakfast was nice; fruit, juice, yogurt, bread, eggs, coffee/tea. The bed was good, and hot water in the shower was plentiful. Easy walk from the train station.
