Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants avec service personnalisé. Air climatisé dans les chambres, bon déjeuner, que du positif. Par contre, le quartier n'est pas très sécuritaire.

Adequate place for an overnight stay for an early morning connection flight. Having said that, I highly recommend to use the transportation service provided by the hotel. The area around the hotel definitely doesn't inspire safety.

Escogimos este hotel por su ubicación respecto al aeropuerto. La atención del personal fue amable, pero las condiciones del hotel son inadecuadas

Cleaning staff is excellent. My room was always clean and orderly. Front staff did not do their job waking me resulting in a “no show” when my tour guide tried to pick me up. They did not wake me because the day before I refused to book a tour through the hotel because their tour guide is incompetent. I demand Polo Cusco suites a reimbursement for my missed trip of $47.50.

Hotel sent a driver to pick us up at the airport, 15 min drive away. Stayed here because wanted somewhere close to the airport to sleep. We arrived at 10:30pm and had a flight out to Cusco the next morning at 10am. The property is older, but maintained well and pretty quiet. The neighborhood is so so, no reason to stay here unless you are transitioning, not near anything of interest. Breakfast was ok, small but eggs to order. They charged us $20 roundtrip to airport and back. Not a great price, but it was convenient. Nice staff, very little English.

Great staff! We stayed at the hotel for a night. This is a great place if you’re only concern is to get a good nights sleep and head to the airport the next day. When we arrived, the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we were warmly greeted by reception. Even came out to help us with our luggage. Room was good. Functioning hot water, clean bed, working a/c and free wifi In the room. Unfortunately, we left too early to get the free breakfast. Again, I would recommend this place, if you’re not bouje. Shuttle to and from airport is available, just double check on the rate. Used hotel to overnight for a connecting flight to Santiago the following morning. Hotel is about ten minutes from the airport. Street in front of the hotel is very busy beginning around 6AM so it is best to request a room in the back if noise is an issue.

Hotel de paso para cuando se tiene que tomar un vuelo al día siguiente. Es correcto, aunque necesita renovación. El personal es muy atento.

We were picked up at the airport as promised. Large vehicle to accommodate 4 people and luggage. Friendly driver.

Hotel nei pressi aeroporto datato, senza ascensore ed immerso in un grande traffico. Personale attento e premuroso, colazione sufficiente

The staff was amazing! They are kind and informative. They made me feel safe and welcome. I arrived to Lima like at 2AM due to my flight being delayed , I requested a pick up and the staff was there when I arrived. I only spend a night in the hotel, and that was enough to love this place. It was stress free.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Royal Inca Hotel per 2 notti (la prima e l'ultima del nostro viaggio in Perù) si trova a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, il personale è gentilissimo e molto cortese, si parla solo in spagnolo. Non c'è riscaldamento in camera e c'è tanta umidità che si percepisce anche la notte stesi sul letto umido. La prima notte, nonostante lo avessimo chiesto più di una volta non ci è stato dato il phon, mentre l'ultima notte per fortuna ce lo hanno dato. L'acqua calda scende molto lentamente, in alcuni momenti risulta difficile lavarsi. La colazione nella norma... Diciamo che per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettato di più, a Puno e Cusco allo stesso prezzo abbiamo trovato hotel decisamente migliori, con tutti i confort..

Is the only hotel close to the airport for a decent price. The pick up service is outstanding. Hotel is clean in this service is very good. The breakfast for simple but good. I have heard complaints about the cost of the return service to the airport, but if you consider the free pick up as a cost, both the pick up and the return is a good price. I read that the bottom sheet was made out of plastic and that is not true. However it was very stiff and uncomfortable. I am not sure if it’s because they use to much starch or poor quality sheets. Like even more expensive hotels in Lima, if the sun the didn’t come out, you’ll be without hot water.

The airport pickup was great. Hotel has Restaurant, Sauna and Massage services in house. The hotel has a taxi service in house. The driver was friendly and helpful. We used his Taxi services for going around the city. On our way back from Miraflores, we went shopping and asked the driver to take the kids to Hotel. He was reliable.

Though the neighborhood is questionable, the hotel is very secure. Perfect for a connecting flight at the nearby airport, thus avoiding the terrible airport traffic.
