깔끔이 정돈된 부티크 호텔. 수영장도 운영이 매끄럽게 되고 있었고 식당 겸 바에 먹을 수 있는 음료 쿠폰도 줘요.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. An absolute gem of a hotel and the restaurant and food are absolutely INCREDIBLE. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the whole experience was brilliant.

Gorgeous hotel for a great price. The staff are very friendly and even held our bags after check out until the evening at which point they even let us use the facilities to shower, etc before a long night bus. 10/10 recommend.

Beutifull hotel

The water in the shower and sink were draining slow. There is a giant window in the bathroom with a. view of what appears to be another hotel / someone’s room that is looking down into the bathroom which made me uncomfortable. The hotel is loud at night and you hear literally everything from people walking past to having a quiet conversation.

Rooms were a little average but definitely not bad. This hotel was amazing! Adults only, the restaurant was sooo good!! Hotel staff were great and so helpful along with the owner Jack. He really made sure my family and I were properly catered to and he was so friendly and helpful. The pools were perfect! I would 100% this hotel in beautiful Huacachina

Hotel maravilhoso, tanto no ambiente como no atendimento. Extremamente bem localizado. Com certeza se voltar para Hucachina, ficarei novamente lá. Única crítica é em relação à acústica dos quartos, se houve tudo do lado externo no quarto.

Very convenient

Después de un check in un poco caótico por la cantidad de gente y problemas en el sistema, pudimos disfrutar de este hotel nuevo, pensado para pasarla bien. Hay que tener en cuenta que todas las habitaciones dan a la piscina y hay musica bastante fuerte todo el día. También considerar que no hay ascensor. El resto estuvo bien, la gente muy amable y la cena en el restaurant (nos atendió muy bien Bryan) excelente.

A very disappointing stay at Senoma Hotel. We arrived on a very hot day and the hotel staff wanted to take us to our room. Unfortunately he did not know where our room was and took us to the wrong end of the hotel - minor mistake but typical of dealing with the hotel. No instructions on how to use the hotel safe and at least two rooms could not get their safe reopened. The bathroom sink is poorly designed and you can’t fit your hands under the faucet. Had a good dinner at the restaurant. Tried to get change of a 100 soles to leave a tip. The cashier at the bar would not help us. Eventually another waiter gave us change. In the morning there was NO HOT WATER and we all had to take cold showers. On our way out we wondered if we would have had a nicer stay at one of the nearby hostels.

Very nice location, clean room, spacious. The best part was the location to the dunes!

Hotel was very clean, the stuff was very helpful and polite, the food and drinks were very good. I would go back for sure

Amazing location, great outdoor facilities, room basic but comfortable, staff all very friendly, helpful and most speak good English.

Very nice hotel

Definitely this hotel has a good location, but for 4 floor stories hotel in the middle of the dessert with out elevator and not enough staff to help you cuz a con’s. The last night we couldn’t sleep because it was a party next to our room in a different building’s roof and it was a nightmare.

Huacachina Das Hotel war für uns ein Highlight in Huacachina. Alles war extrem sauber und ordentlich, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, der Pool war sauber und das Essen lecker. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen. Bonus: am Abreisetag konnten wir nach dem Checkout solange wir wollten unsere Koffer sicher lagern, den Pool benutzen und sogar das Gym benutzen und duschen!
