Loved our stay at this family owned B&B. Everything is basic but just as we like it for our Cusco experience. Owners and staff are all nice and provided everything we need for our stay. Only improvements suggested are to replace shower curtains and towels as they are very dated.

Very Safe

The personal attention by the personnel. Alexandra and her mother were just great. I had a room with a balcony. What a great view. Excellent location very central.

This hotel was very overrated online for the quality of service and services listed. The hotel is listed as a hotel online, which is false advertising because the owner insisted that the place was a hostel. Thus, there was barely any reception throughout the day or night. The breakfast buffet was at a late time of 7-9am, which may seem reasonable, but most tours leave before 7am in the Cusco region. Inside the hotel, we did not feel safe, and we believe that they somebody stole a black jacket because we could not find it and there had been a key still in our door when we had arrived from a tour.

Si buena atencion

Our stay at Sight Qoricancha was really great. The room we got was very comfortable; we felt like being home. The view to the Qoriancha temple was amazing. Alexandra, who manages the hotel, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to assist us with anything we needed.

Increíble ubicación, pues se encuentra a tan solo dos cuadras de la plaza de armas. De igual manera, cabe destacar la buena atención ofrecida por Alexandra, la anfitriona del hotel. Estamos muy agradecidos por sus recomendaciones sobre Cusco.

The family working at Sight Qoricancha are extremely friendly and welcoming. They were kind enough to wait for us when we arrived quite late, and made us tea and showed us around. The room was large and in a nice area right behind the gardens of the temple.

Préférez les chambres avec vue car elles ont une fenêtre, sont plus spacieuses et ont la salle de douche dans la chambre... c'est mieux quand il fait froid ! Hotel très sympathique tenu par une famille très chaleureuse. Il manque juste un peu de rigueur pour que ce soit parfait ! Très bon bureau d'expéditions toutistiques à l'hôtel

The location in the old city was excellent - in walking distance of all sites, restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable, clean with a great view.

Location, location, location! Unbeatable old colonial building across from Sun Temple. Amazing view. Very nice family runs it and all your tour options available at reception. Most comfortable beds of our entire trip. The rooms are not heated but we didn't need it. Had no hot water one night and no cold water another but it is what we would expect from a very small old hotel. You would not be able to find this hotel on your own if it wasn't for Expedia.

This is a nice place with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, in our room with the exterior bathroom there were no windows so the room's air quality was miserable at best. Also, during our stay (2N) we only took super cold showers - a problem with the gas system...

Not a bad thing to say about this place! :) We had the unit that faces the Q'oricancha, without balcony. It was perfectly/conveniently located, spacious, cosy; bed and bedding were a drrream! Property seemed nice and updated, very well kept, breakfast was simple yet very nice and hot water was plentiful. You might think you'll be cold as there is no heating in the room, but the bedding is more than sufficient for comfort. The owners and their son were kind and extremely helpful, they helped us book a private driver and even arranged for some of our laundry to be done. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Higly recommend it!

El personal muy amable, muy buena ubicación, y los servicios necesarios

Our experience at Sight Qoricancha was mostly disappointing. The facilities were misrepresented in the listing. I would not consider this a hotel. The room I booked misleadingly had photos of a room with a window, however our room had no windows, or air vents. At night there was absolutely no air circulation in the room making it very stuffy and hard to breathe in. The property itself wasn't heated so even though we considered opening the doors to get some air in, we could not keep them open for very long as the room would get too cold. As well, there was no bathroom in our suite, which is completely unacceptable for a "hotel". We had to go through a (cold) hallway in the middle of the night and all other times to use a washroom. While the staff/owners were very lovely and helpful, and the location is convenient I think the owners should be more accurate when describing their facilities on Expedia, etc. so that patrons know what to expect and avoid disappointment.

The family who own/run this place is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good and they also offer tours that are quite reasonable in price. It is located in a prime area with a lot of shops and restaurants. Rooms are also very clean. They’ve only been in business for 2+ months so don’t let the lack of reviews discourage you from booking.

We booked this hotel because it said that, the rooms had views to the Santo Domingo Temple and our room had NO windows!!! Then, they did not made our bed, provided supplementary clean towels or shampoo and staff told us that, “they were committed to give you a clean room per stay...”. We stayed there for two nights and breakfast were supposed to be included, but coffee was never ready or even the breakfast was not ready even when we notified the staff our time to leave in the morning. It needs a lot of improvement.

La calidez de este lugar es suprema! Nuestra estadía fue veloz, pero aseguro que en poco tiempo nos hicieron sentir como en casa! Es atendido por una familia que es propietaria del lugar y sin dudas han dejado el espacio hermoso para recibir a los huéspedes. La habitación es super espaciosa, toda a nueva, super cómoda. las instalaciones impecables. Excelentemente ubicado, a dos cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. Fantástico! Super agradecidos de la atención! Volveremos seguro, nuestro lugar en Cusco ;)
