Not value for money, but I think in Aguas Calientes everything is over priced. The building is old and wifi signal was very weak, I had to stay near the door to catch the signal. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

generally satisfied with this hotel. Although it is a little far from station, it was good the staff comes to station to carry my lugguage.

We had a great time, the hotel is very close to everything but without all the noise of the main streets. Clean, beautiful and the staff is very helpful.

they offered to take our luggages to the train station. very convenient because we arrived from another trip straight to the train terminal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room’s heater quit half way through our stay so they brought in a portable heater. Then the shower flooded the bathroom through a random vent on the side of the bathtub. Very strange experience but can’t fault the staff.

Nice hotel, but the zone has nothing around.

Beautiful room with view of the river that is as spacious as it is quiet. I emphasize the quiet during my same as I was based in a Cusco hotel that was not quiet so it was good to get a full 8 hours of sleep with the ambient noise of the river. One minor and amusing regarding is during the night...night here a rooster was crowing around the 2am hour; truly must have been an imported rooster OR disabled rooster as I've never heard of a rooster crowing at night. Staff was professional and exceptional. Free breakfast was only okay.

The rooms were spacious & included all necessary immenities. The hot water shower was fabulous after hiking the Inka trail . We also did massages & thought it was heavenly!

We had a horrible experience at another hotel in the area and saw someone’s review, who also had a similar situation at the same hotel, recommend this property and we are so glad we took their advice. We enjoyed the hotel and the food options are AMAZING. It was lovely to sit outside on the patio and watch the river. The suite was perfect !

Great location

Since Aguas Calientes is a small town, every corner of streets is walkable. Tierra Viva is located a kind of the end of town, but it is not far at all - only 5 min. from the train station. It has a simple breakfast menu, but very delicious. Staff and service personnel are great!

Very nice service , train station pick up and drop off ! Rooms and towels are clean. 5 min to town and 5 min to train station ! Will come again !

Hotel bem localizado, com preço muito justo e serviços de qualidade. Atendimento muito bom, com profissionais muito atenciosos. Recomendo

Hotel muito bom, bonito e limpo, boa infraestrutura, com elevador, o que ajuda bastante com as malas. Atendentes cordiais. Quartos amplos e limpos (o nosso tinha varanda voltada para o rio, muito bacana). Cama boa (mas travesseiros muito altos). Café da manhã bom, mas poderia melhorar, poucas frutas (cubos de melão, abacaxi e melancia) e poucas massas (só pão de forma branco e integral e um bolo seco), parece bem melhor e mais variado nas fotos. O banheiro é grande, mas o box é muito estreito, só uns 60cm de largura, diminuído ainda mais pela barra de apoio (para quem tem problemas de locomoção) e pela cortina que é puxada pelo fluxo d'água contra seu corpo (com tanto espaço, o arquiteto foi muito ruim de serviço). Servem o café a partir das 5:00, o que é ótimo para quem vai bem cedo para Machu Picchu.
