Everything stood out! The staff which is the life of any hotel is incredible. Note Issac, Monica, the night team, all the folks at restaurant for breakfast and manager Patricio. Everyone genuinely amazing. The entire hotel is spotless, the room is proper and as clean as can be. Zero complaints. It is a one minute walk to the cliffs over the Pacific and we watched the sunset every single evening-just perfect. The building which is an old summer mansion is stunning. Maximum charm factor. If you want to feel like a Peruvian living in Lima then this is your place. If you like generic American chain hotels with no charm or character then don’t come here!! This place is amazing. The building has decor in and out that captures history and beauty of Lima. Elegance for sure. Breakfast with your room fee is super. Ananda e fresh local fruits which are amazing to a menu which you can order omelettes etc all inclusive. This place presents great value for the price. I will come back without a question. I am a hotel snob and I travel the world-we need this place everywhere we go!! I absolutely recommend it. Again, the people here are all wonderful.

Perfect place

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The two buildings are beautiful with a pretty outside bar and breakfast room with an excellent breakfast. Staff were all lovely but particularly at breakfast. The area is great with bars and restaurants all an easy walk, as well as the coast path on your doorstep. Our room was enormous with interesting antiques, a stunning bathroom and an incredible small terrace with sea view. I wish we were returning here rather than staying in Miraflores on the return leg of our trip.

This property was amazing! We came after spending 2 weeks in the jungle and wanted to feel taken care of and Isaac and the team did just that. The suite was amazing, the breakfast was a lovely breath of options but hot and cold. The space is situated in a beautiful area of Barranco where you can shop and find many delicious dining options. I highly recommend Villa Barranco and will be back to visit again. A huge thank you to the team for being hospitable and taking care of us.

Fantastic stay . Staff were lovely and very friendly. We stayed in room 9 - master suite . Amazing room with a gorgeous bathroom and wonderful private balcony from where you can see the sea. Breakfast staff very accommodating and breakfast nice and adequate with fresh cooked eggs and small buffet.

We loved everything about our stay at the Villa! The staff was super friendly and helpful, from helping lug luggage to recommending restaurants and making dinner reservations. The facility was absolutely beautiful! Our unit was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful. The location was also very convenient to the Barranco scene, ocean views, and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area.

This property is nothing short of perfection. The location, the design and décor, the food - they were all sensational, but only enhanced by the thoughtful and meticulous staff, who are imbued with the very best of hospitality. We were greeted the first day by CEO Patricio Zucconi. While his team got us situated after an overnight flight from JFK, he shared with us his favorite picks in the area for food, drinks, and shopping. When we told him we were heading to nearby Cala for sunset Pisco Sours, his team kindly made us a reservation. We were surprised later at the restaurant when we received a welcome Pisco Sour as a gift from the Villa Barranco team. This was such a small, yet thoughtful touch, and one that set the tone for our entire stay. Throughout the week, the team at Villa Barranco went above and beyond. From packing a breakfast for us to take on an early morning day trip to Huacachina, to even offering us showers and refreshments after we had already checked out. They were kind, attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed during our first experience in Lima. Working in luxury PR, I have had the great pleasure of staying at some incredible properties, and this was easily in the top three for me. In fact, my husband and I had booked a hotel elsewhere in the city for our final night in Lima just to explore a different neighborhood, and all we could talk about was how much we wanted to go back to Villa Barranco! We cannot recommend it enough!

Beautiful villa a block from the bluff overlooking the ocean. Easy walking to all the great restaurants and museums. Staff were truly amazing and helpful. The bed was so comfortable, the shower hot and the breakfast filling.

Very spacious and inviting historic residence turned into hotel. If you are interested in architecture, would recommend staying here as Barranco has many historic buildings that are near the property. The staff is very attentive to details and made us feel very welcomed. By far, my favorite stay in Lima.

Wonderful property with wonderful staff in a wonderful location

Lovely spot steps with views of the ocean. Wonderful character and super charming. Staff was helpful and informative and the breakfast on the upper terrace was grand. A real gem on a quiet street in the heart of Barranco.

Staff and hotel were lovely. We felt that we were family while we spent a week there. Small hotel that is beautiful, serene and makes you feel you are living at home. The only issues include poor wifi connection and lack of a TV in the room.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and will most definitely do so again!

We loved this property. Excellent quaint bread and breakfast setting. The Owner made an effort to meet us and talk to us for a long time. This is the type of property we look for and we will not miss an opportunity to come back to it.
