청결상태는 좋은편이나 객실이 매우 작다.2개의 싱글침대로 방을 꽉 채운다. 화장실도 작다. 그니나 룸은 대체로 깨끗하다. 아르마스 광장에서 택시로 이동가능하다. 멀다. 매번 5솔이 든다. 이틀을 징검다리로 묵었다. 짐은 보관해 주었는데 묵던 방에 짐을 그대로 둘 수 있어 좋았다. 마지막날 5시 기상 후 7시 40 분 비행기로 라파즈로 이동해야 해서 일찍 조식을 먹을 수 있는지 문의했다. 가능하다고 했으나 당일 스탭은 조식 불가하다고 해서 결국 굶고 비행기를 탔다. 여자 스탭들은 대체적으로 친절하나 결과는 썩 좋지 않다. 다시 가고 싶지는 않다. 비성수기에 방문 했음에도 가격이 비쌌다. 비싼 만큼 좋지않은 숙소로 기억 될 것이다.

A good stay in a quiter part of Cusco. 20 mins walk to the main square. Lovely staff and breakfast. Room was cosy and hot shower was nice! Only issue was room got very cold at night and there are no heaters so had to use extra blanket. Would recommend and stay again!

Me alojé durante 14 días con total satisfacción en Wifala Thematic Hotel. Durante mis excursiones a Machu Picchu y Puerto Maldonado, pude dejar mi equipaje de forma segura — muy bien organizado. Lo que realmente hace especial a este hotel son las personas. Las colaboradoras Odalys y Genali dieron vida a mi estancia: siempre atentas, con buena disposición para ayudar (incluso con opciones de desayuno y excursiones), puntuales y abiertas a sugerencias. Su dedicación y amabilidad merecen un gran reconocimiento. Algunos puntos a mejorar: en mi habitación había un perchero, pero sin perchas — sería útil para ventilar o secar la ropa. Además, los envases del jabón y el champú son difíciles de abrir sin tijeras, lo cual no es práctico, especialmente bajo la ducha. Un cierre más sencillo mejoraría mucho la experiencia. La temperatura en el alojamiento es bastante fresca — incluso el personal lleva chalecos térmicos por algo. Afortunadamente, la ropa de cama es abrigadora y permite descansar bien. El hotel está un poco alejado del centro, pero eso también tiene su encanto: uno se sumerge entre los locales, disfruta de la música y los bailes en la plaza de la iglesia, y conoce el Cusco auténtico. Incluso las pegajosas melodías del desayuno terminan por gustarte: ¡heey-ho haa-jo! En resumen: una estancia cálida y hospitalaria, con un servicio humano y espacio para seguir mejorando. Guardo un recuerdo muy grato de este lugar.

Endroit tres propre et tres tranquille, mais en restant a 15 minute de marche du coeur historique de Cusco. Personnel charmant.

Super segura e muito conveniente. A equipe é muito simpática e ainda preparam lunch box para nós todos os dias pois tínhamos passeios muito cedo e não poderíamos tomar Café. Recomendo demais.

Unique is the thematic organization of the hotel's spaces and rooms.

It’s a small hotel what makes it very homey, the staffs knows who you are and go out of their way to help you. The rooms are clean and cosy. Warm shower (!). The breakfast is included. You can reach everything by foot. It’s a very safe neighbourhood. The biggest plus: we could leave our bags in a safe place there during our Inca trail and Amazon expedition.

Would recommend staying at Wifala for your stay in Cusco. Hotel was clean and Jason (front desk staff) went above and beyond to accommodate any needs and questions we had while we were there. We stayed for 3 nights and he made sure we had secured a ride to our destinations. Breakfast was pretty good and served at your desired time.

El hotel es fascinante por su estilo. Es muy limpio y el trato del personal fue muy cálido y atento a nuestras necesidades, especialmente Alexander. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía!

The staff were lovely but the building is poorly designed with no sound proofing in the walls or floors so extremely noisy. The plumbing is also very loud. The hotel is located a long way from the city centre in a suburban area.

The staff was really friendly and gave great advice and recommendations on tour packages. Great follow through with service. The hotel is really clean and decorated nicely. The cook for the morning breakfast buffet was super sweet and cooked up some mean scrambled eggs. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 was because the bathroom was a little cramped and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, but overall a great hotel that gets my recommendation.

The worst experience in Peru! We had reserved a room with two single beds, instead they gave us a double bed room. 10x10 feet with hardly enough space to get around the bed. The mattress felt like a box spring we hardly slept. Our room was just over the reception next to the staircase and very noisy, staff yelling in the early morning. Not at all close to the center you have to take a taxi at night. Definitely not recommended!

Very friendly stuff and beautiful breakfast. Bit far from centro but quiet and nice area.
