The washroom is not as good lots of black ants no water heater no shampoo or soap and Isolated bit far from the city but the location and the beach is good the staff are very friendly no tv in the room just good enough for what it cost per night

Staff not friendly and rude

There was supposed to be free WiFi. The was no WiFi, no phone connection, no toilet paper, no towels. But average and typical for the area.

No amenities like soap and shampoo

I like the uniqueness of the place and breakfast was good

Booked through hotels.com for ~1200php/night. Not all rooms have A/C. Our room was tiny and the bathroom door was broken. There was no hot water for either the shower or the sink. There was a trail of ants in the room. Eating/drinking in the room is prohibited, so no mini-fridge. "Free internet" is advertised but it's not free and very poor connection. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast (for two) was almost worth the room fee alone. They let us charge food and drinks to room with no problem. On checkout, they tried to charge me 6,000php for the two-night stay. Luckily, I was able to pull up my confirmation email showing that I'd already paid. This place would be a great location for a family get-together. As a hotel, I feel okay about the price I paid, but not the price they tried to charge me. The location is great and the pools are fun. It's just not an 8.6-star property.

Toilet had no cover and the flush was weak. But there is a bucket and a faucet for flushing manually. No shower head and shower curtain. We did not need a warm shower, but on cooler days, it would be nice to have it. Minimal toilet paper supply. We had 3 bunk beds that can accommodate 6 people. It’s rustic but price is reasonable. We arrived at around 10:30 pm. Dinner was terrible, not cheap. Breakfast was good. I wish they have more signs on the road. Staff were courteous and attentive.

The pool

We arrived at 2am at the property but there were staff who are very accommodating to us. We had our breakfast in the morning and I can say that their food was good! Also, swimming pools are natural spring water and their pools are open 24/7 as to what the name of the resort is. Overall our stay was good! Would definitely recommend and hopefully will visit this place soon!

Resort had great restaurant and friendly staff. Lots of pools and right on ocean although the beach itself was not that inviting. Room very basic but based on what we paid a good overall value.
