Property was clean and had a nice view of the lake.

Staff was excellent, very accommodating and attentive. Place was clean, quiet, nice view and nice rooms. Would stay there again.

Nice place for quiet vacation

The staff and service was good. Although there was a confusion when we were being asked to check out because it was past 12. Apparently there was no endorsement made that I requested for a late check out since we checked in past 5pm the day before. Also, we were asked for our breakfast preference but they got my order wrong. Still enjoyed the place overall because of the view and the staff were accommodating, thank you!

They should put a garbage can at The garden area. People tend to leave their liter behind.

Wonderful view from the balcony. However, the ledges are in need of repainting, it has lots of rust. Stay was great except there is no internet in the room. Despite being connected to their wifi, there is no signal at all.

The hotel is a wonderful, modern, small place with a helpful staff that are intent on your satisfaction. It is also off the beaten path - which is great if you want seclusion, but not so great if you want to be on the move. We had to pre-arrange transport each and every time we wanted to do something...the staff helped, but it was still time consuming. Overall, a lovely place....would have been better if we had our own vehicle. 4+.

タガイタイの宿泊は始めてでしたが、フィリピンで熱い入浴ができたのは最高でした 台風の影響でとても寒く体を温めるのに良かったですね、窓の機密性がいまいちで風が吹き込む音がうるさい、照明が切れてしまったなどは お国柄なので良しとしましょう。天気が良ければ景色の良い最高のホテルだと思います。

Nice view of Taal lake

8 Suites is located off the main road in a quiet area of Tagaytay with stunning views of Lake Taal and the Volcano. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the lobby area was clean and modern. Our room was comfortable, however the bathroom tiles were quite slippery as there wasn't anywhere for the water to drain outside of the shower area. The breakfast and food options were quite limited, and the Wifi was also quite patchy, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We booked this hotel in the last minute, but it turned out to be a pretty good choice. Our room was new and clean with pretty interior. Their staffs were friendly and helpful. They offered breakfast in the room but the food was not very good which might be the only thing I was not happy about.

夕食も朝食もバラエティさが無く、僅かなメニューから選ぶしかなかった。アメニティも経営の為か、最小限にとどまっていた。でも従業員も懸命に対応する姿勢は良かった。

The hotel is in a scenic location. The service is good, the staff is polite and kind. But it would be helpful to the guests if the hotel could offer more structured ideas how to get to Taal Volcano and other popular spots rather than hand them to a local jeepney driver to drive them around, and charges a lot more fees (for boat rides, and horseback-riding) than online tour companies.

Exactly what we need for a weekend refuge. Quiet, very good facilities, with security guard, too.

We were the only guests in the hotel. There was a creepy sound in our room. Room 7. Sounded like a baby or girl wailing.

Warm welcome from the staff and the food was amazing! If you want a solemn and peaceful vacay, this is the place to go.

Very quiet hotel with great views of the lake. The area and the hotel itself is secluded, which is great if you want peace and privacy. They have a minimal but helpful staff that won't bother you unless asked. As the name of the hotel suggests there are only 8 suites so you won't be sharing the hotel with a large number of other guests. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, bidet, hot and cold water. Water pressure was a little weak for the shower though. Dining options are limited and there aren't any other places nearby, but then again you're here for the privacy and to be away from all that. Overall, this is a good option if you want quiet and privacy, but you will pay a premium for that compared to other hotels in the area.
