The room was not at my standards. The air-conditioning would never get really cold! There was rust spots on the ceiling in two spots! The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Wow. I did not realize I’d find such an elegant yet affordable hotel on Mindanao. Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. And all of this in a location that is smack in the middle of everything downtown. I have nothing negative to say. Only thanks for a great stay.

Opplevde hotellet som rent, og trivelig. Cafeen der har god mat og hyggelig betjening. Hotellet ligger sentralt og mye folk rundt men byr ikke på støy eller problemer. Absolutt å anbefale

Bathroom has sewer smell, mold like in the tub, tub too high to go in and out, very poor internet connection.

Great location near mall and park and very accommodating.

Overall the stay was nice. Breakfast was great, the staff were very accommodating. We just had an issue with the hot shower, but the hotel staff was very quick to address the problem.

Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Der Check in war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wenn ich fragen oder Wünsche hatte wurden die gleich erledigt. Das Frühstück war auch gut.

I stayed here for a month from January to February. The staff were no doubt one of the nicest staff I've ever come across in any of my trips. They accommodated any of my requests, and I had plenty. The location is amazing. Being in the plaza, close to the university, many food options, and a bridge, it let me experience all that Butuan City had to offer. They had complimentary airport shuttle service, which is what sealed the deal for me. It was not late in both arrival and departure, and it was a smooth ride. The food options were also very diverse and affordable, and I opted in to room service many times. The only thing I wish is that there were dessert options. The rooms were satisfactory at best. I stayed in a suite and while it was very worth it, there were a few problems. My first room had a terrible toilet blockage that nearly flooded the bathroom, and then it had a ceiling leak that forced me to switch to another suite. The second room was MUCH better, the TV actually worked, and I had access to the veranda. It was amazing. I'd say that the only issue I had in that second room was that it was hard to find a balance between hot and cold with the AC in the room. Overall, great experience. I'll stay there all the time.

Great food,very clean hotel & friendly staff at the hotel....tv reception low signal only problem.Handy to drop off laundry at reception & pick it up same day. The plaza is right in front of the hotel & only a short ride to SM Mall,Robinson's Mall & Gaisanos. The 7.4 earthquake only added to the adventure 😂

Though the room facilities need improvement, the staff are very accommodating and helpful.

The staff were friendly but overall the service was inadequate and the room condition does not meet the standard. It is not worth the rate that i paid for per night.

Centrally located convenient for Catholic Mass Cathedral right next door.

Local to everything, friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room, and great offers such as transportation to and from the airport. I have stayed here before and it is my number 1 option in Butuan. The only problem was the hot water was at best warm. But other than that, excellent place to stay.
