Resort itself is lovely, we get the ocean view or beach front room which is di mo maliliguan dahil mabato. The big problem is the incompetency of the staff and management... 1. We have a tour starts at 8am so we decided to bring our staffs or luggages at the hotel earlier than the time we should check-in which is 2pm (I think it's around 7 to 7:30 AM). The receptionist check the computer and yes we are guest for that day. I know it's more safer because it's a resort. So, I told the receptionist if ever there is available room (we booked 3 rooms) please keep safe our luggages in one of those rooms, and she said yes po Ma'am. So from car the helper put our luggages sa labas right side of receptionist counter (sa labas ng counter kung saan ung staff nila ay labas pasok). I ask if there is more safer room or storage room for guest lagguages while waiting for our check-in time, and she said wala po Ma'am. Then inulit ko nalang ulit na ms. If there is available room pakipasok na lang, thank you. And replied again opo Ma'am. Our tour ended night, 6:00 to 6:30 PM nakabalik kami sa resort. Ayun yung gamit namin anduon pa rin on the place kung saan namin iniwan. I ask the receptionist kasi siya parin ung duty duon. “ms. Di ba binilin at nakiusap akong ipasok mo yang gamit namin isa sa 3 rooms na inavail namin.” di sya umimik. Para na lang 'di ma-spoil ang gabi namin kasi talagang badtrip kami sakanya, deadma na lang. Nanghingi ng id's namin then tag 1k each room for deposit daw under my name. She get the 3k and put in colored paper and may colored pin pa ata siyang ginamit to hold the money and the paper together. 2. A helper of the hotel bring our luggages to our respected rooms. Naloka ang hipag ko, pinipilit ni kuya buksan ang sliding window sa may beach front room, ng di daw mabuksan kinatok yung kabilang room na nakabukas yung ilaw. Tinanong niya kung kuya tama po ba ung ginagawa niyo not to embarass yung tao. Ang sabi “opo Ma’am dito po ang daan”. Sabi ulit ng hipag ko, kuya may key card po na binigay sa AMin baka di naman po dito ung tamang daanan. Sagot ni kuya pasensya na po Ma'am di ko rin po kasi alam kung saan po at paano gamitin yan." so ung hipag ko nagdecide and sabihin kay kuya “kuya sunod nalang po kayo saamin kasi po mukhang di po dyan ang tamang daanan papasok ng room namin, baka mabasag mo pa po yan.” and ayun may tamang pintuan para gamitan ng key card! 3. It's late night we decided to stay at resort and have a good dinner to their restaurant. Yes, it's a good dinner. They offer most filipino dishes in menu. Nakakatuwa ang mga nasa restaurants polite and always naka-smile. 4. Room 23, iniipis. Gusto na nilang lumipat sa room namin kasi daming naggagapangang, lumilipad na maliliit na ipis, knowing na july pa lang nag-operate and resot. 5. Breakfast. They offer buffet style, di ko alam kung matatawa ako sa nagluluto ng omelette and pancakes eh... Tatagalugin mo kasi parehas naman kayong pinoy at nasa sarili tayong bansa pero ang isasagot sayo struggling english, sige push push push lang si kuya chef... Then sinagot ko narin ng english para magkaintindihan kami at makaorder na rin ako ng omelette. Tapos isasagot sayo what? What? What?... Tapos nag-bisaya... Mas lalong di kami nagkaintindihan for short... 6. Early check out 10:15 AM, tumawag na ako sa front desk na ipa-check na ung room namin kasi were leaving early. Nauna nag check out ung 2 rooms kasi kami yung nauna, so I was the one named under the 3k deposit ako hinanap ni receptionist (same girl yesterday) para ibigay ung deposit for our rooms. She get the 3k at the cabinet under the table. Ended up 2k lang binigay niya muna sa akin kasi the other room na di pa nag check-out has a room charge from restaurant at siya na lang daw magbibigay sa hipag ko ng deposit na 1k. Hinanap niya sa akin yung copy ko sabi ko ms. Na-misplaced ko na ata... May pinapirmahan siya sa akin na paper yung copy niya rin na may nakasulat na 3k, sa tiwala ko naman at sa bibig niya galing na siya na magbibigay sa hipag ko ng 1k pa na deposit after check-out. Then going to airport, tinanong ako ng hipag ko kung nasaakin ung 1k deposit nya. Sabi ko sa hipag ko di binigay sa amin ng receptionist. Ibibigay na lang sayo upon check out na kayo kasi may room charge daw. We call the resort then claiming na ibinigay na daw sa akin yung full 3k deposit. We said “4 kaming nasa counter that time at narinig and nakita namin lahat na 2k lang ibibigay mo because of your reason na may room charge”. Then pinipilit niya pa rin ung 3k is full na naibigay. Then I decided na magpa-send ng cctv footage. Yes I have the copy, 12 to 15 seconds she gets the money 3k then waving my hands na wala pa yung 2 kasama namin. She drop the 1k on the left side of the table and gave us 2k its on 41 to 50 seconds. 7. One more thing I forget at the fridge cake that I bought at bravo their famous white chocolate cream cheese cake and a bottle of gatorade. Sabi sa amin “clear” which means is walang naiwan ang guest... Sa tagal namin sa reception area/lounge, almost an hour na tambay di man lang nila sinabi na may naiwan kami... They ruined our last days of vacation at siargao. Taas ng expectatios but this is what happened to us. Resort itself is beautiful. But, I don't know why this resort is still operating, having this untrained employee and kind of management. Have a video but still claiming that they have done nothing wrong.... Sabi ko nga serve it as a tip... Pero they really don't deserve a tip except for the persons nung gabi sa restaurant...
