I like the place, very accomodating staff immediately attended the needs of the tenant.

Good: The staff receptionist is accommodating and guard is helpful with out belongings. There is a 7-eleven convenience store and cheap foods like carinderia/eatery nearby. Bad: No remote on TV. WiFi is intermittently disconnecting and sometimes no connection at all. No hanger for clothes. Refrigerator is not working. Window has a plastic cover that prevents you from having an outside view. CR has no exhaust. No staff on the receptionist area when we checked out and its the guard who assisted us. Hotel food cafe is not operating. There is small cockroaches on the room.

Many cockroach, bed sheet dirty, no utensils, by request, no outlets, very inconvenient.

The room was spacious, however, the lighting was too dark for me. The TV and refrigerator were not functioning. The building has elevators so it 's good. As for the location, it 's beside 7/11. Also, before I entered the room, it was sprayed with too much Lysol that when I entered I was a bit suffocated as there was no exhaust fan. Can do better. Overall, good for the price.

Ganda ng place. Accessible to all places na pinuntahan nami. Nahirapan lang sa Parking space.

It was a pleasant stay. Very convenient location, beside 7/11. Highly recommended.

You get what you paid for. Good enough to leave your things and sleep in. The location is perfect if you want to commute via jeep or bus going around the city. AC is cold and there's a free water dispenser in the hallway. The bed is comfy enough but don't expect too much the same with the CR. Bring your own toiletries. 711 is just around the corner. Staff are accommodating. Stk, cardinal coffee and shrimp buckets are just a few blocks away. The hotel is for no-frills peeps who go out most of the time.

The hotel is clean and very conducive because it is in the downtown area. My only concern is their trash bin. It is very small. And their tv too. but all in all. Nice ☑

The hotel is in the heart of Cebu City. Near the capitol and has a 7/11 beside the building. Jeepneys and taxis were accessible too.

only lack of maintenance on their facilities in room.. some faucets are leaking

Location is not a problem; grabcar can easily locate the hotel since it’s just along the road. It’s across Rianne Suites. We were amazed of how spacious their room for premier king; as well as the CR, it’s so nice and huge. There were 3 mirrors which I really love the most. It has complete room amenities. Plated breakfast but it’s fine because the hotel rate is not pricey. It was almost perfect, not until we had a bad experience on the 2nd day which was Sunday, there’s no water at all and we waited for almost 3 hours and we were almost late with our appointment. They failed to inform the guests ahead of time. Overall, it was still a nice staycation.

The hotel staffs are generous and helpful with their guests. You can only check in around 2pm, but they allowed us to be checked in around 10am with no extra charge!

I booked a room for my family's trip in Cebu and they enjoyed their stay here. It's just sad c

though the 1st room's air conditioner was not functioning, they transferred me to another after I insisted to get a refund after they keep saying there's no more available room. front desk officer's were liars
