I enjoyed my 12-hour stay in the Sunflower-themed room. It's clean and neat. It is the best-recommended hotel for diligent travelers after a long trip/event. It is also accessible to transportation and restaurants near the hotel. You will never get grumpy at all.

This is hotel has good location, but their rooms and service must improve

The staff are accommodating. Wifi is good. But I don't like the smell. Also, the bathroom doesn't provide comfort.

Lokasinya strategis dekat ke banyak mal, seberang hotel ada tempat makan seperti jollibee sama shakeys, samping hotel ada century, 7eleven & ministop. Super oke buat harga segitu. Cuma memang kamarnya sesuai dengan harganya. You'll get what you pay 😁

Remote for tv did not work despite reporting it. No parking. Aircon takes 20 minutes to cool the room as per reception staff. If this is so, staff should turn on the aircon if they know they have expected guests. Bathroom drain does not have a cover and smells :(. Broken plywood underneath the bed. Bed sheet has holes. The room was spacious on a positive note.

1. Smelly room. 2. Aircon is not working properly. Aircon is really loud. 3. No plugs. 4. Telephone is not working. 5. Tv has no signal.

The place was dirty. They didn’t even have a blanket. I asked the receptionist why and she said that I have to pay additional for the blanket since only two pillows are included with the Deluxe room. Seriously? This is my first time to experience staying in a hotel without a blanket. That was really disgusting! This is definitely not a hotel but a cheap motel. Well, no wonder why the price is cheap anyway.

Hotel staff was good they are so nice the room is fine except the aircon its dirty and because of that its so hot. but everything is fine

The room is very small I booked premium deluxe room but was given a very hot small torn room. There’s not even a plug to charge phone no remote and the bed and cr are dirty. I regret so much booking a room with Astrotel Anonas they don’t maintain their rooms. I will not go back to this hotel. The air conditioning keeps shutting off when you call the reception they will open it. You will notice they shut it off in the middle of the night because you’re soaking sweat. I’m every disappointed with this hotel don’t ever book hotel if you’re staying overnight. 👎👎👎 will definitely let my fiends and relatives know how bad Astrotel hotel is.

This is the worst hotel ever! Never come back again for the other time! We can’t charge our phones, and the room was smelly and dirty. Under the bed there’s a lot of trash. What a shame!

Lack of Shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. The aircon is leaked and no telephone. There's a cockcroach in the room

For Godsake naman Astro hotel ganun ba kayo mag accomodate ng client?walang proper assistance, yong cr nyo hindi nagpaflush, walang tubig, yung charging outlet para sa cp wala .ano yang hotel nyo practically pang parausan lang? Ano ba yan ang mahal pa ng charge!

I check in early through web 4pm the most when I arrive at the location by 11pm because I have appointment the previous hours so I wanted to lay down and have a nap but they didn't have a room for us, I waited too long have a room cleaned and be vacant..when their finish cleaning up the room, I am so disappointed with the bed it's not so clean there’s a mark of stains and the bathroom were not so good..and it's a bit stinky.. but since I have paid for that night and I am so tired I don't have a choice..

Room was different from the photos uploaded by the hotel. No free bottled water and slippers as mentioned on details. No charging port, telephone is not functioning, room is quite dirty and air conditioner is not cooling well. Never again. Waste of money.

I thought it was a 24hour stay when I artived at around 12am. The staff said that I'm going to stay full 24 hours regardless of the time of check-in. But around 1am, someone knocked on the door and the guy said that it's already our check-out. The guy was unprofessional and he didn't give us a chance to fix oursevles and be prepared.

Yes, the room is nice and comfortable. But w**, there's no wifi! All they're always saying is they're fixing it but what the hell still no wifi! Signal on the room is bad.

Phòng nghỉ thiếu rất nhiều đồ, từ đôi dép đến chăn cũng thiếu, không có xà bông, không có bất kì cái gì ngoài gối và chăn. Thêm nữa, tôi thấy có vẻ họ còn không đánh nhà vệ sinh, nhà vệ sinh rất có mùi và bẩn, còn nhiều cái nhớt dính dính gì đó không tả được.

I am not informed that they were not providing any blanket, they ask you additional payment before they give you a blanket.

Staff are cool but there's no socket in the room, every traveller needs that.

No free bottled watter. Only one pair slippers and not at the same size. Television has weak cable/signal. Super disappointed, this was the first time I booked that wasn't the same at online reservation.
