호텔의 공항 픽업서비스, 청력함, 신축건물, 신철한 서비스와 모던한 디자인 모든것이 마음에 듭니다. 매 방문 시 마다 숙박하고 있습니다. 또한 주변에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어 편리합니다. 단, 주변환경이 그리 청결하지는 않으며, 교통량이 많은 지역입니다.

새로지은 건물의 모던하고 깨끗한 상태. 가까운 곳의 쇼핑몰. 그러나 주변 어두운 환경.

Staff is wonderful, location is close to everything

In my opinion, only two good places to stay here and at Greenleaf Greenleaf is always full. This one is most of the time for so I would recommend reserving as far out as possible. Otherwise you might not have a room all the other places are cheaper but not worth staying.

Hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from airport. condition is above average in this area, staff is nice and helpful, free breakfast is just a meh. don't expect too much though. Price is acceptable, def will stay there again if im visiting Gensan again. The reason I'm giving the property contidion and facilities an OK is that the door lock's battery was dead and I couldn't enter the room, even after the staff helped me get into the room, I had to leave the door open for 10 or more minutes until the staff changed the lock's battery.

There was no shower gel in the dispenser when I arrived at the room. TV is difficult to operate.

I did not like room was not ready when i arrived I book the rm for 2 people my wife and i were together when we checked in but the rm was setup for 1 person only 1 set of towels. The service in the restaurant was nor good at all it took over an hour to get a pizza

The staff was great the coffee was good so was the breakfast. the hotel was clean there was one think that was trouble one room had bugs that where not removed before it was giving to me. I was giving another room that was bug less the rest of the stay was good.

Our stay at Avior hotel was an exceptional experience. We started with a standard double room and found it a little inconvenient for it had no closets and no fridge at all, but it was very clean though, so we upgraded to a premier room that had everything we needed and later upgraded to the executive room which to us, was the best room we've ever experienced so far. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very clean and the driver was polite. The breakfast buffet was decent and all the front-of-the-house staff was courteous and friendly as well as the housekeeping. Also, if you would like to request fried eggs for breakfast, they'll be happy to do it for you. Just a little bit of downside though when it comes to ordering dinner meals because it does take time for the kitchen staff to get it done especially when they are servicing an event. Other than that, the food was tasty. The hotel's location is in proximity to all of the major malls in town mainly SM mall and has very easy access to tricycles. Overall, Avior hotel is of a superior degree of excellence when it comes to customer service, safety, health, and security which is crucial for every guest. We will be staying here again in the near future. ☺️

The property was very clean, the staff was very friendly and accomadating. There is a small gym on the 5th floor for those who want to work out. There is a cafe in the hotel as well. You get free breakfast with your stay. The hotel is very close to SM mall. I would definitely stay here again.

A good hotel, where you'll come back, because service is good and rooms comfortable. The free breakfast on second floor was okay. But like last time, I was there, the hot food was not really hot. In fact cold. A pity, because the service in the restaurant was splendid. However the fresh made egg omelet was perfect. Parking area just outside the entrance makes it easy to bring your luggage inside the hotel.

Excellent services and they are in much compliance for the new normal kind of business.The FO staff are very competent from our check in to checking out. This hotel is the best hotel we ever had in GenSan.
