Sarado ang pool ,yung view ng kwarto nmin harap pabrika ang panget ng view at walang masyadong activites sobrang nagsisi kmi na ngaun kmi nag book no advicement na wala palang pool hndi nag enjoy baby namin yun ang purpose sana nmin

It was a disaster experience. First the person who assisted us is not accommodating and no further instruction provided. We were surprise when we use the bed it was broken, I and my friends slept on the floor since we were uncomfortable using the bed. Second the next day when we are about to leave the unit, she noticed that we use those towels and she informed us that we are not allowed to use it, like wtf been travelling since 2014, it was my first time someone said that we are not allowed to use those f*** towels. Can't recommend this to my family and friends. Moving forward before you advertise it to a different sites, you have to make sure guys that all pf the stuff inside the unit are in placed. You should take care of your customers, you shouldn’t be after money. Awful experience😢

Air conditioner shuts down and they have transferred us to another room which has a no door key room.

The hotel was good, it has a good ambience. we had a great time during weekends. looking forward to booking a room again at azure.

The room is okay at first, necessary utensils & cooking items provided, additional bed (thin foam) is provided but no bed sheet and blanket given and was ask to pay 500 pesos. We went to the wave pool and we had fun, but when we go back, small cockroaches (more than 10pcs) came out from the sink. Stay is average.

Best for staycation. Highly recommended!

we were already near the place when the host sent an SMS that they are cancelling our booking because there weren't any available room available, I tried to call since 1. it is paid already 2. we are 2km away when I recieved the message 3. I have my kids with me and was expecting this already. Don't ever book with this host since he will never answer calls and instead of apologizing he hang up and texted I can't talk to you right now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! now I have to get in to the hustle of the process of refunding which will take 14 days. I do not recommend this Host please be warned and avoid this specific host just go for siglo instead.

Poor management, they hiding some charges like pool, not all free, client pay the unit, it seems that amenities do not include to use, you will pay once guest wants to take swimming, overcharges every person 250 charge use pool. A disappointing experience I spend too much money.

Where on earth a hotel everytime in your entry there asking for you visitors ID. It's like in school no ID no entry.

Unorganized. There were two rooms reserved to us but as far as I know I only booked 1 room and I also checked my emails I only received 1 booking id and 1 receipt no. So I wonder how come there were 2 rooms reserved under my name and paid?? It's our gift to our newly wed friends and it was just a 1 night stay so this incident was really a waste of time for them

The unit that I had last time was the best. Thank you for the clean, comfortable and affordable price.

The room was messy, super daming ipis sa room and other insects. With pay parking ok lang sana kung fixed rate kaso hindi tumatakbo din. Ang daming arte sa facilities. The pool is mabaho. Find another condo to stay in kesa dito! Thanks

Place is clean and awesome for surprises.

It's quite good, but at first we are disappointed cause the unit/room that is in our booking/hotel voucher is not correct. And it brings us hassle when we are trying to check on the said room cause lobby said that there has already guest on our room. Good thing our contact person transfer us to different room saddest part is they transfer us 2 times, yet still we enjoy the amenities of the hotel. But still please make sure on the rooms that you will booking on us.

The host should've been more accommodating and informative. 1) Azure security is so strict that almost every step needs a valid government-issued ID. You need to leave 1 ID for the parking counter and 1 ID for the tower lobby. 2) They also failed to inform us that visitors checking in at 8pm could no longer get a visitor pass from the tower that they booked, they need to get it elsewhere. This is such a hassle especially when you're already tired and yet you have to walk and look for the tower with a receptionist. 3) No wifi. 4) Only 1 towel for 2 guests. 5) No soaps. 6) Parking fee is too expensive.

The hotel and our room is great. It’s good that we’re able to cook our own meal as well. The thing that disappointing is the pool policy, you can’t swim if your wearing a cotton which is kinda weird, some of the guest are wearing too. The pool hours is too short until 7pm only. Other than this, the place is cool and good experienced esp. with the man made beach, it’s not that big but the idea is nice.

I had a great time staying in Azure. All staff are very friendly. Nice ambiance. A very awesome place to relax. No regrets celebrating our wedding anniversary. So memorable! We’ll gonna go back again! :)

So nice view, the beach are really look real and the staff are good people.
