I booked the room with kitchenette. Thought there will be utensils and microwave but there’s nothing in the room. I called the desk and said I have to deposit 5,000 pesos. What??? I’m so disappointed because the photos have the supplies I need and also Beddings have filthy color. Shower doesn’t have a good drain. The only thing I like is the breakfast.

Hotel is good value for cebu city. The free buffet breakfast was just average for the Philippines. Poor selection. Cold eegs.

Second time starting there the staff very friendly and helpful

I showed up early due to the 4 hour trip and traffic we didn’t know how long it would take to get to the hotel. I am scheduled for an emergency double hernia surgery and my wife is 8 months pregnant. We were told we would have to wait for 2 hours before we could get a room. My guts are almost hanging out of both sides of my groin and my wife is very pregnant. The only seating in the lobby is a very hard bench which was low so if I did sit down it would have been difficult and painful to get back up. We weren’t asking for special treatment. We would have even paid for early check in. It wasn’t offered. Finally they let us go up an hour early and as I was getting on the elevator the doors slammed on me and no one offered to help us with our luggage…. I won’t go back.

Room was good could have used a couple of chairs. 2 people,1 small wicker seat? Also room came with 2 bath towels no face clothes or a hand towel. Plans were to continue from here to Bantayan but due to storm change them abit. Asked front desk for assistance but didnt offer much help. Doorman was our source of information and he was what made staying here good , hope the kids enjoyed the chocolate. Dont plan on arriving early as they will not let you into your room untill 14:00 on the dot . Tired after a 18hrs of flying? Breakfast was good room was clean. A little more attention to detail and i would have given this another star. Staff very nice .

Was standard hotel no major issues, breakfast was mediocre but not bad. Staff were friendly but not overly helpful. In a bit of a sketchy area with prostitution, definitely saw a few coming into the hotel with guests but nothing overly bad. Rooms were small but okay, not much amenities ran out of toilet paper etc very quickly. Not super close to anything other than 7/11 either.

The free breakfast buffet didn’t have much choice and lacked variety. The breakfast was not healthy. The gym and the pool was very small. The gym lacked equipment.

Price was really competitive compared with other hotels. Location was really convenient to everything. Staff was excellent, they made me feel very comfortable. Amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet was awesome (made me gain some weight). The pool was clean and relaxing. The gym was spotless and private, never crowded and accessible anytime. Parking was plentiful. Staff is world class (professional, well dressed ,courteous, well mannered, very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Clean room and awesome staff

We stayed in a 4 twin bed with kitchenette and it was impeccable, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast buffet was decent.

It was a newer building and very clean. There’s a pool and a gym on the 19th floor. The pool is very small in size. The gym is very small with only one bench, 2 cardio machines and dumbbells that only go up to 50 pounds. Very limited equipment. Lots of restaurants close by for eating. 7-eleven store was across the street. Breakfast was free, but lacked variety. Very limited choices.

For an American, great value for the money. The only problems I’ve had in the two times I’ve stayed there is the microwave in the room. I booked the room with the kitchenette, which is supposed to have a microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and cabinet cabinets. The first time I was there the microwave was broken and I had to wait a whole day before they took a microwave out of another room. This time my room had no microwave at all, and it took a whole day for somebody from housekeeping to take a microwave from somebody else’s room. They should have one or two brand new microwaves on hand for when somebody’s microwave breaks.
