This is not exactly a hotel-type of establishment. It’s more like several an apartelle/rooms/suites in one building. Nevertheless, my experience with them was still a positive one. They don’t have a 24 hour front desk/lobby. However, late check-ins like ours can easily be accommodated. The room/apartment assigned to us was clean and spacious. AC was cold. Parking is on the street and seems very limited. There doesn’t seem to be an elevator. Overall, a positive experience. My only issue was that it was a bit noisy as you could hear every tricycle passing through the street downstairs. If you can sleep through that, then you should be good!

Can accommodate a large group.

Nice apartment to stay for an affordable price. Good for family and business trip. The only problem is no parking space.

The room is so big and clean. The amenities are great. You have your own basic appliances and all are working. The only thing I have concern on was about the low water pressure coming out of the shower. Also there are some spots in the car that are not cleaned. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

The owner was generous enough to give us the 10-pax unit . The place is safe and quiet.

I booked the superior 4 bed room not realiasing the kitchen was not in the room.(it was not clear on the desciption /photos) The manager was very helpful and arranged the superior 6 bed room (room 303) with kitchen facilities in the room and i paid the difference, the room was clean and spacious and was the floor below the rooftop terrace, which was spacious too, although just basic seating and benches was pleasant to sit and eat. Stairways are the only way to any floor. Not lift in the building. Our stay was for 4 days and the staff were nice and frielndly. Short walk ro the market and small mall in candon and lots of small bakeries and shops to explore.

There was a little mix up getting into the building from the outside. When the employee finally arrived it was not easy to assure her that we paid through hotels.com. When we finally got in we were very happy with everything especially the amount of bed space.

I just stayed for a night. I checked in late and the lady who opened the door for me upgraded me to a suite room, the one with a kitchen. The room itself and toilet were clean. I only wished the water pressure was a bit higher.

We like the property the only issue We have is when we got there they were staying that I booked the smaller room since We paid less than the room that was advertised. The room I booked was big and they were trying to say its the smaller room.

Place was all right. The washrooms plumbing system just need to be better - sewage can be smelled in some nights.

We booked this accommodation on the bus en route to Candon, just an hour and a half time via Trivago. Booking was very convenient, and we got immediate confirmation. The reception is unconventional, with a small table beside the stairwell. The lady was friendly and took us right away to our room. She explained the 3 set of keys and utilities that we can use. The apartment has a triple twin sized-bed (two were pulled out). It has A/C, fan, complete dining wares, free instant coffee, refillable water bottle (you can refill your water at the reception area), shampoo and soap, clean towels and sheets, large TV (selected channels), and has it has a good size balcony. If you want to explore Ilocos Sur/Norte, this would be an excellent base to stay. The distance from Candon is a comfortable return ride. The price is very reasonable, and there are several walking distances-places to eat.
