The bed is comfortable. Staff is great. Clean room. However, I think they forgot to mop the floor. It wasn’t clean. And there’s a subtle odor in the restroom that’s off-putting. There’s not enough hot water to use the tub. There’s no kitchen towels or paper towels, which makes using the kitchen not efficient. Wish for better coffee.

Great place. Almost everything worked perfect. The apartment is really nice.

Room was quality but staff were terrible. Free airport shuttle advertised? Yea not provided even when given adequate notice. No response to emails, staff prioritizing personal calls over check out guests. Requiring a cash deposit like it’s the 50s. Don’t recommend. Even the jacuzzi tub didn’t have hot water.

Kitchen was okay shower handheld not working properly good hot water . Towels were limited. No house keeping very limited dogs Rome the hallways stray dogs . Spell in hallways were not pleasant. I won’t be staying again .

Got caught in cebu due to weather. I chose this hotel due to proximity to airport and free airport shuttle…. Turns out the font pick you up but they will take you,.. but only between 9am and 6pm…. Do t think they should be. Blue to advertise “free shuttle”

Was pretty good, shower head in the room worked but was broken

The place was not bad… room was clean … coffee machine did not work in the room. But everything was not bad for a few days stay.

Loved the blue tulip rooms, would definitely stay again. The motorcycles and traffic was a bit noisy, and the shower drain in the tub drained very slow, could probably just use some draino. But the location was close to the airport and there was a few different spots to eat/get coffee so it was convenient

I like how close to the airport this hotel is. I don't have to wrry about traffic. The room was great.

The room look exactly like the picture but the area does not look too good. It’s close to many things. You get what you pay for.

The apartment was a great place to stay, very comfortable. Third time I've stayed at this establishment and I wasn't disappointed.

Check-in was quick and easy, but the hotel is located in a suspicious neighborhood, which made me feel unsafe at first. However, once inside the room, I felt much better. The room was clean, tidy, and had a cute industrial decor that was quite charming. To get to nearby restaurants, you have to walk on a dangerous side of the road. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and assisted with organizing transport to the airport.

We stayed here twice each time for 1 night because of proximity to airport and each time we had a different experience. This is a condo-style hotel. The first time we were upgraded to a larger room 522 and honestly, aside from the comfy bed, we didn’t love it. It was down a long hall, doors had metal screens on them and felt like we were walking down a prison hallway (2-stars). Also with the fabric sofa in our room it felt much like a college dorm and less hotel like (3-star). The next week we stayed in a smaller suite 321 and it was lovely! Room was super clean and nicely designed (4-stars). TBH the reason for lack of stars is because a) of the location - it’s on a busy street we found difficult to walk safely on (back and forth to the mall) and b) the hallways feel like a prison and c) didn’t love having to give 1000 pesos deposit each time we stayed which we had to go get someone to confirm the room was ok before we got it back.

Place was great but noisy sump pump under kitchen sink that continuously cut in and out. In end just pulled room key and once power off could sleep.

It was a very good room, but there just wasn’t a lot of conveniences within walking distance.

Great place to stay near in the airport. Met the owners in the elevator. Very high attention to detail condo. Do not miss out on experiencing this place
