Brittany Hotel BGC

룸 공기가 너무 안좋은게 느껴지고 룸에서 LTE 5G Wifi 뭐하나 잘 터지는것도 없고 변기 수압이 너무 낮음

로비가 작음. 아침식사에 요거트가 없음. 옆방 소리때문에 잠을 제대로 못 잠. 와이파이 느리거나 자주 끊킴

Very clean, I got everything I need in our room. They even allowed extra family members stay with me for couple of days without extra charge. Very considerate concierge and staff. It’s next to Shoemart if you need to shop groceries and water. It’s near downtown BGC, everything is walking distance. Breakfast buffet is the best, quality vs quantity. I think it’s well thought, the menu. They have the Filipino menu mixed with international food. Very traveler friendly. I will recommend this place to a world class traveler anytime of the year. Will come back soon!

Sir Alan and the entire staff at front desk were extremely helpful with my needs. I had several complex needs during my stay and he far exceeded my expectations. Front desk staff responsive to my every request. I would certainly return to this venue in the future

This hotel is cute and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the building had so many issues from the day we checked in. Lost power for a long time, we were asked to pack up in the middle of the night to be transferred to Seda. This was on the day we just checked in. We already unpacked so it was such an added stress to repack everything in the middle of the night. Then we waited for a long time in the lobby to be shuttled to Seda but they found a room for us to stay for the night, then we we were able to stay until a few days before our check out, AGAIN, we were told to pack up due to more power outage issues and sent to Seda. At that point, we were so done with all their power issues and happy to leave (though not happy that we have to pack, unpack, pack and unpack repeatedly during the a couple of weeks' stay. There were a lot of sections in the hotel lobby to sit in but they told us not to sit in a certain area. We found that annoying. We're guests and the area has lots of tables and seats, why can't they extend some hospitality to let us sit there.

何度か泊まったことがあり始めての経験でしたが、停電でSeda Hotelに移動となりました。トラブルを避けたければやめた方が無難です。

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating to a couple of my special requests. Excellent mall literally across the street (SM Aura). Lots of attractions within a short Grab ride (e.g.; 120 pesos for 1-2 km ride: roughly 2 USD). Recommend.

朝食が、期待以上でスタッフの対応も親切でした。

It was beyond Horrible! We faced at least 100 slums home. The room smelled musty. The food was horrible. Same things everyday. Eggs was COLD. No butter. Fruits were were never sweet. Coffee was watered down. I would like someone to contact me with further complaints. I feel that a partial refunded should be given. It was so bad that we left 4 days earlier.

Breakfast (eggs, sausages, rice etc cold; Chia shots not readily available. We love the following: omelette came upon request; property super clean; staff are excellent; respectful and ready to help. Room is more than adequate; always cleaned well; staff very cordial all around; shopping great at SM. Will come back again.
