Brittany Hotel BGC

룸 공기가 너무 안좋은게 느껴지고 룸에서 LTE 5G Wifi 뭐하나 잘 터지는것도 없고 변기 수압이 너무 낮음

로비가 작음. 아침식사에 요거트가 없음. 옆방 소리때문에 잠을 제대로 못 잠. 와이파이 느리거나 자주 끊킴

Breakfast (eggs, sausages, rice etc cold; Chia shots not readily available. We love the following: omelette came upon request; property super clean; staff are excellent; respectful and ready to help. Room is more than adequate; always cleaned well; staff very cordial all around; shopping great at SM. Will come back again.

Our room has nice views of the BGC area. It's clean and has modern amenities. The shower temperature is too hot even when the setting is cold. Some of the front desk staff are either not knowledgeable or borderline rude or both. Breakfast included with room was also good, service could be improved though. Love that this hotel is beside SM aura which gives you lots of options as far as shopping, dining and entertainment is concerned.

Very good service, lovely hotel and very friendly staff

Really great experience my first time stay in Manila. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly a d helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the convienience store in the hotel.

The lobby and other public spaces were very nice. The breakfast was delicious and a great dining experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. A seven eleven convienience store attached to the property was a plus. The hotel is located a short walking distance from a shopping area.

The staff was great and the proximity to BGC and places for meetings was great.

As in every hotel, there can be pros and cons, and in our case, there were some minor and major issues we encountered during our stay. The major one, not a discomfort but a disappointment/dissatisfaction, was that the pool was under maintenance (for days!) when we booked. I didn´t see it in the website (thru hotels.com), but the receptionist said they wrote something about it on their website. If only I knew I could have chosen another hotel, because we really wanted to make use of the hotel pool. The only reason I chose Brittany was that it was new (well, apparently the management only, but not the building as I found out later on) and their rooftop pool is really nice. So, even if it was pricey I booked four nights anyway. When we checked in, I was surprised that the breakfast was included (I didn´t remember that it was included when I booked), which I thought was a of compensation of sorts for the pool being useless. However, although I was satisfied with the breakfast food (though not so much to choose from for that kind of room rate) and the service of the staff, it was the opposite for my husband. The bread section was almost always empty everyday and there was no refill anymore (after past 9 am) and the bread type was not that he expected - mostly the sweet, soft, white bread. There were also days that the fruit section was empty, and it was only watermelon and pineapple slices all the time. But I like the complimentary soda and bottled water during our stay! :-)

Bit difficult to find. However located. Ext to a major mall so once there things were easy. Some ongoing renovations so cerain facilities were unavailable.
