Chinatown Lai Lai Hotel Manila

There was this bad smell on the floor.

The hotel staff were actually very friendly and all smiles. However, we have problems with the overall environment of the hotel. Firstly, upon entering the hotel lobby it reeks of the smell of cigarette. Ever heard of 3rd hand smoking? The hotel poses great health risks to its clients. The room was actually very clean we were hoping though that they have provided slippers since the distance from bed to the bathroom is quite far, it's really hard to walk barefoot. The breakfast is so-so. They served fried fish, ampalaya with egg, pancit, egg and hotdog. We wished there would be more choices though.

Rooms are small but with big CR. We enjoyed the place, since we booked it for a place to stay after roaming around in divisoria during our 2 days Rush Christmas Shopping. Breakfast was good though very limited options.

the room has cockroaches. the door to the bathroom was stuck and couldn't be closed

All is great except the food.

The food is not better than other hotel

Everyone is so accommodating. Breakfast is okay. Room is great. Near to the place I need to be.

Clean room however there is a small insect inside the CR, the toilet flush is not working well, the faucet in the toilet bowl is functioning however their is a loud noise coming from it. Great food and great location large if you will go for shopping in divi. Walking distance from 168,999,698 and chinatown!

When we arrived at our room the toilet is not good. price you paid is not worth

The WiFi connection is so slow. almost none at all.

Great location, yummy buffet breakfast and kind staff.
