The location is good accessible, but the hotel 🤦 ‍ ♀, the TV is not working since first day of staying, the staffs are so slow to do to fix it. If you have child or older to stay find someone else, they don't have elevator, you will go to stairs.

Water is leaking at the ceiling. My bag was soaking wet.

The first room (room 302) given to us was dark inside, not all light bulb was working and AC was not cooling. We called the reception to change us to other room. We patiently waiting for 20 minutes but she didn't call us back so we decided to pack-up our things and go down to reception so she will attend to us promptly. There it took long time again to move to new room, and so we decided to have our dinner first outside. When we came back we got the new room 203. The room was way better than the previous one. There is no toiletries, oh there is soap. There is no tabo and timba, to think that they don't have videt also.

The air-conditioning unit is outdated, and it does not cool the room even after hours of turning it on and on turbo mode. The toilet is like a sauna. I hope the management can do something about the maintenance of the rooms. The warmer that was in the bed had big holes in it, too.

When we arrived in the hotel last June 13 they can't accommodate us for the 3 rooms that I've paid for. It was supposed to be a 3 standard room good for 2 person on each room, but instead, they give us 2 rooms and split us into 2 groups with 3 pax in each room. The worst part is the rooms looks like didn't use for months. The aircon is not that cold and we can't use the water in the faucet to brush our teeth. Even the heaters for the shower are defective and the c.r. flush is not functioning. It was the worst experience.

Pros: Hotel has a good location. Close to port if you are traveling to Guimaras. Also close to Roberto’s. Very budget friendly. Cons: Water is salty and cannot be used for toothbrush. The water pressure in third floor is also not that good. They deliver a pitcher of water upon request which is good but very inconvenient. Air conditioning is not good either. You have to wait a few hours before the room gets cold. We stayed for two days but they did not clean the room in between our stay. Toiletries were also not replenished.

eh can't complain about anything other than the shower.

Air conditioned was not working. They managed to transfer me in a different room but it makes worst, bed got bed bugs where I got a lot of bitten on my legs. That is my worst nightmare being booked in City Incorporate Inn on the same and went out0. Very disappointed. And also the stuff in the main desk who is clue less in terms of how they communicate to their guest which she doesn't have any option to make their guest not feel bad.

The linens are so old. No lock in the windows. But the place is really accessible.

T'was a total disaster! Our room is located at the 3rd or 4th level (i can't remember) and the water supply there is very limited! We have to wait for several hours, contact the front desk officer - even get mad at them - before they supply us water so we can start cleaning ourselves! And to add, the water seem to be dirty I don't know what's wrong with their water source. I will never get a room again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was dirty and with crawling insects. Shower head looks dirty and old. Water tastes funny, and looks yellowish. We stayed only for a night, it was a rash decision. For the next two nights, we stayed in a different nearby hotel, with much better amenities with little price difference. Front desk and staff were accommodating though. If you’re planning to stay in Iloilo book somewhere else. Not recommended even for budget-conscious peeps.

arrived at the hotel before 2pm but they say room is not ready yet. was able to check in past 3 pm already.their tap water is so dirty that I was not able to take shower in the morning

This is a budget inn it is better to have booked your reservation in advance.

budget room with a great location!

They were not supposed to accept online bookers anymore due to the holiday season. Their towels are good as rags. Their hotel is very very unclean with lots of cigarette butts and ash in the terrace. Dirty folded linens can be seen along the hallway. The linens on the bed are very dirty and stained. Will never come back.

We stayed in one of the farthermost room at 3rd floor. Very time wasting check in. Dusty room. Cockroaches crawling around the room. Noisy and not so cool A/C. My ghaad! Maingay pa A/C nila sa turbo prop na airplane! Jusko! Yellowish linens. On the other side: yun nga lang accessible sya sa places like port going to Guimaras Island. Comfort room is not clean.

Rather disappointed on entering the supplied room - bit smelly and dirty. Obviously had not prepared the room as no supplied towels but had booked and payed a week in advance so no real excuse. Air conditioning very noisy and toilet / shower both had cockroaches on floor. Just couldn't be bothered trying to get a refund as there for two nights only. Staff helpful to the limit of their english ability Russ

Checking in and out were easy. Room was clean. Location is very accessible to food and transport.
