It was not our original intention to stay at Cordova Home Village, but we had no choice since all the major resorts were fully booked during the interval between our checkout from Shangrilla and our flight back home (it was the busiest season). We stayed there for about 5 hours and got two rooms to stretch our legs. The rooms were dirty, absolutely reeked of sewers, some light switches were broken, and a couple of towels had mysterious stains on them as we checked in. The whole resort was in the middle of nowhere, too far from anywhere to look around, and the plumbing was so old that a couple of faucets spat out red rusty water. Though I booked the rooms fully paid, they required that I pay a "security deposit", and as we checked out we were forced to pay for those stains on the towels that I mentioned above, which we honestly weren't responsible for! It seemed that they regularly do this to foreigners who have no choice but to stay there. If you are a foreigner, you are guaranteed to get ripped off for some preposterous reasons. The amount they charged was not much, 200 pesos, which I can gladly give away as a tip, but what they did was purely foul and outrageous! This resort ruined our whole experience in Cebu, and we've made our minds never again to visit the Philippines. That little stinky place really showed us what to expect in the Philippines. DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to ruin your whole experience!

Room 관리 상태가 않 좋습니다..개미가 너무 많고 구석진 방를 이용 했는데 물이 너무 나오지 않습니다.그리고 택시를 공항으로 픽업 요청 했는데 ..코르도바에서 픽업 해 주었는데 픽업 요청 했기때문에 막탄까지 1000페소를 요구 합니다..이문제는 코르도바에서 관여 할수 없나요..이용자는 너무 억울 합니다..위치가 너무 외곽 지역이라서 그런건가요???? 코르도바측에서 좀 관여를 해야 하는건 아닌지요

가격대비 매우 만족합니다. 그러나 침대보에서 눅눅한 냄새는 오점이네요

가격 대비 적당, 교통 불편, 낙후된 시설, 그러나 적응하기 나름

너무 외진곳에 있어서 교통이 매우 불편함 객실에 공급되는 물도 소금기가 있어서 수영장 이후 샤워시 깨끗하게 샤워할수가 없음

나름 비싼방 예약했는데 에어컨이 선풍기 수준이라더워서 죽는줄..ㅠ 또 욕실의수압은 정말약해서 머리감는데 한시간 걸릴지경ㅋ

Need to upgrade wifi service, Television, AC

It was full of statutes which were bizarre, flees and ants in the room. Checked our next day

Awful place, fleas, bad room, ants and no hot water. Area looks like bomd hit it. We changed hotels, what a zoo. Asked for twin beds and got i full. Hate this place and i am not that picky. Hotel is currently doing some upgrades

Great place to stay with or without kids great food ,wonderful pool

The pool is great ,food is delicious and staff are very friendly and professional

Its mainly for local people not tourists or westerners .had no luxuries not hot water. No room service no cleaning. Positives letting local families in for the day to eat and swim for a fee. I only stayed there because it was close to my friends.

Overall the Property is beautiful, friendly staff, very relaxing and peaceful environment. But beware of a potential scam. Upon checkin you are require to pay a 1000 php security deposit. When we arrived in our room, there was already damage from previous tenants. Upon checkout, when someone surveyed the room, they tried to blame us for a broke glass wall. Another staff member took our side saying that that was already there. But they believed us at that point, but still informed us that they would keep the security deposit, and call in a couple days to return it after they contacted the owner who was at the time on a trip back to Norway. Also if you will be arriving after hours, you must inform the propers ahead of time. My wife informed the property in person and I also informed them by message. They insured my wife that the key would be left with the guard. Well upon our arrival from the airport, the guard had no key, no idea of what we were talking about, we got in only because we had a copy of our receipt where we paid $500 USD to say 15 nights.

First thing was the room. Not sure if it was Expedia made mistake or home village. I thought I had asked for a standard room and got a studio rm. Everything I asked for I had to pay for. Anything I put in refrigerator that was not purchased from them I had to pay surcharge to put it in there. I did get free breakfast but, only 2 different menu items to choose from and only 1 cup coffee. After that had to pay. 2 bottles of water first day there free after that had to pay for water. Family came in to swim and had to pay large entrance fee even though I was a guest. Had a birthday party there for family and had to pay entrance fee for 18 adults and 11 kids. Also had to pay for shelter. Had food brought in by family and they had to pay for that also since it was not there's. My overall experience with this place was horrifying. I have never stayed anywhere like this. To say the least I will NEVER stay at Cordova home village again

A bad experienced because we saw a guy looking at the window of our cr beside the room we booked in hotels.com that make us scared especially my daughter. We requested to transfer another room or else we will go home. So dark outside it seems cost cutting...

They're great as always. My family loves and visits them often, but expedia and cordova home village needs to communicate about their property rules.

Had a very enjoyable one night stay here. The owners were kind and hospitable and
