Room is big and freshly updated, the cleaning staff is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and always leaving the space in tip top shape.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the premium breakfast was delicious! Location is a little rough, accessed by alleys and small side-streets. There is a deposit required at check in that is returned upon check out.

Staff and food amazing but you will not sleep there my trip was ruined because of 3 nights straight noisy people in other rooms till 5 am.I left 2 days early and booked Holiday Inn I wont make that mistake again.If they carpeted the floors in the rooms it would solve most of the problem.Dont waste your money stay at the Holiday Inn

Great value for money…

My family and I stayed at this hotel for its convenient location to IT park. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop pool and loved their breakfast. Their breakfast was one of the best I've had in the many hotels I've stayed in. The room was clean and sufficient, with the overall property fulfilling our needs. Would definitely recommend this place.

The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. For me it was the best of both worlds because if I really needed to leave it it was just a short 5 to 10 minute grab ride away. The breakfast at the place is also one of the best in the Philippines outside of a major hotel chain.

Die Unterkunft wurde im Oktober 2024 eröffnet. Die Zimmer sind hervorragend, sehr groß und sehr großes Bett! Relativ weich! Keine Ameisen oder sonstige Insekten im Zimmer, sehr guter Duft! 24 Stunden warme Dusche, jedoch nur 38°C warm. Der Swimmingpool ist im 17. Stock, tolle Aussicht und sehr sauber. Nicht sehr groß und nicht tief (sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Nebenbei noch ein Babybecken) trotzdem sehr nett! Keine besonderen Lokale in der Nähe des Hotels aber das hoteleigene Restaurant hat (für philippinische Verhältnisse) sehr gute Speisen, mittlerer Preissektor. Der beste Kakao auf den Philippinen! Das Frühstückebuffet um 590 Pesos ist sehr gut aber eben nicht billig. (6-7 versch. warme Gerichte). Das einzig Negative: Sehr abseits gelegen, man braucht immer ein Taxi. Zum IT Park sind es mit dem Taxi ca. 7-10min, zu Fuß ca. 45min.

Convenient location Wonderful staff Gorgeous rooms with TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, teapot, water available, safe in the room, great rooftop pool. Work out area. Internet room. Great place!

We definitely appreciated our stay! With so many family members as well as our little pup with us, we were worried about juggling everyone’s needs. Diane Residences made our trip so amazing - with spacious, comfortable rooms, super fast and accommodating service, and yummy breakfast too. We were so impressed by the overall set up of the hotel, and the price was fantastic too! We will definitely be back :)
