레스토랑은 없지만 아무때나 공동 주방에서 직접 간단한 음식을 준비해 먹을 수 있어 그런면에선 장점이라고 생각합니다. 또 야외 테이블이 있어 저녁에는 차나 외부세서 사온 간단한 안주에 맥주한잔 하기에도 딱이구요. 이런 규모에 야외 수영장이 있다는 것도 장점이여서 아이들이 있는 가족단위 투숙객들에게는 좋을거라 생각됩니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 근처 NCCC몰이 화재로 닫는 바람에 식당 및 편의시설이 불편했습니다. 그리고 안내데스크에서 체크인때 좀더 세련되고 친절하게 손님은 맞이했다면 좋았을텐데~ 하는 아쉬움이 남았습니다.

편안하고 가정집같은 분위기 조용하고 좋았네요 아이들이 있어 수영장이용이 아주좋았네요. 공동ᆞ주방이용으로 간단한 음식은 해먹을수 있어 좋았 습니다.한가지 위치적으로 공항쪽이동시 교통체증지역을 통과해야해서 이동시 시간소비가 많았네요

Near to the places that we visited. The place is gorgeous and the staff are all kind and polite. Definitely will recommend to friends who has not visited Davao yet.

Staff are unhappy. No help from staff during check in. Staff purposely avoided helping us with our luggage during check in. We ended up carrying our luggage ourselves to our rooms. Very unprofessional.

A Fabulous little boutique hotel with beautiful grounds

The hotel is older style but my room looked newly renovated (Room 2). It was clean, convenient and quiet. It shows that management has high standards as the workmanship and state of maintenance were very high. I really loved the pool early in the morning and in the evening after a hot day in the city.

My stay was pleasant, employees friendly, good location, the pool, nice and clean. As far as up grades or room for improvement to make peoples stay more convenient or pleasurable. If you hade a laundry service with a wash and fold, that would be amazing, plus it would generate more revenue if people didn't have to go out and get it done, having it done on site would be very convenient. The continental breakfast was ok, but there can be room for improvement, by expending the menu just a slight bit. Having fresh fruit available would be a major improvement since the Philippines has an abundance of fruit available. As a guest, I would pay a little extra if you had a choice of both a Philippine breakfast or a continental and include a choice of French Toast, or Pancakes as well as fruit etc... Mangoes, Pineapple, Watermelon etc These are really minor changes and could improve the experience. You could also increase revenue by having a Vending machine in the Lobby going up stairs offering sodas, snacks like cookies, crackers, chips etc... If one want's a late night snack, we have to leave the premises and buy on the street, which is ok, but less convenient, why not make everything more convenient for the guest, so if it's raining, they don't even have to leave the premises? I loved the fact that the guest have use of the kitchen, great job, that was a reason why we chose this place. All you need now is a location one can barbecue or grill etc. Food for thought!

Review of Domicilio Lorenzo My recent stay at Domicilio Lorenzo left me with mixed feelings. While the property has potential, some shortcomings made my experience far from perfect. Pros: Quiet and Relaxing Atmosphere: The property itself is peaceful, with a pleasant ambiance that could make for a comfortable stay if properly maintained. The pool is perfect. Location: Situated in a very noisy and c area, it’s accessible to restaurants and other amenities. Cons: 1. Very noisy area One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the noise. 2. Breakfast/Coffee Issues The included breakfasts were ok for locals. Not up to standards for foreigners. The coffee was a mix of instant and tea and sometimes hot chocolate. 3. Late Checkout. They charge for a late check out per hour. Summary of My Stay at Domicilio Lorenzo Domicilio Lorenzo has potential, offering a peaceful atmosphere and a great pool. Its location is convenient, but the surrounding area is quite noisy, which affected the overall experience. While the included breakfast might suit local tastes, it fell short for international guests, with inconsistent coffee options ranging from instant coffee to tea or even hot chocolate. Additionally, the hotel charges an hourly fee for late checkouts, which felt inconvenient. Overall, while the property has its positives, the noise, breakfast quality, and extra charges for late checkouts left room for improvement.

部屋の調度品はまずまずです。引出しなどがあれば良いかと思います。　問題が有ると思われるのはドアの具合が悪い、防音性が低くて廊下や階段での足音がかなりハッキリ聞こえます。　朝　食事の支度をしてる時の匂いがかなり強く室内に入ってきます。
