This letter serves as a formal notice to you that our Company fully support and comply with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). In order to avoid inconvenience, kindly inform the hotel front desk upon arrival or check in for processing of the official receipt. Official Receipt Policy Scanned copy official receipt will be issued to you within 24-48 hours after complete verification and validation which will be sent via email. If you require physical copy of the receipt, our Company will send directly to your preferred address within 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days outside Metro Manila, kindly provide your contact details to the hotel front desk. Accomplished Complete Health Declaration Form that can be found at the hotel 2. Valid ID 3. Valid Medical Certificate & Negative RT-PCR Test dated within 72 hours of arrival 4. Travel Authority from Philippine National Police 5. Quarantine Certificate/Certificate/Pass 6. Certificate of Acceptance from the Barangay or Local Government Unit 7. A refundable security deposit might be required upon check-in amounting to a one-night room charge or a maximum of Php 1,500. However, the total amount may vary depending on the property policy. This security deposit is fully refundable and is subject to damage inspection by the property. 8. We are a completely non-smoking property. Please be advised that penalty charges may apply depending on property policy. 9. All requests, including parking, early check-in/late check-out, bed configuration are subject to availability and additional fees may apply. 10. Visitors are not allowed."
