두 개의 방이 문으로 연결된 방이 배정이 될 경우 체크인시에 미리 확인을 해주었으면 하는 바램입니다. 잘못 배정될 시에 너무 시끄러울 수 있어요.

조식이 별루였지만 숙박시설은 아주 깨끗했습니다. 침구류는 너무 푹신해서 잠을 푸욱 잤습니다

Ideal location for overnight stay in Davao

Very nice and friendly staffs.

This has been the worst hotel check-in experience I’ve ever had. Our booking confirmation was for three Deluxe King City View rooms with king-size beds, but upon arrival, the agent informed us that each room only had two twin beds instead. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, yet only one room was ready at that time. We had to wait another two hours for the second room, and the third wasn’t available until 2 hours and 45 minutes later. When I raised my concerns, the agent explained that the delay was due to guests checking out late and housekeeping running behind. I asked to speak with the manager and requested a discount as compensation, but the manager never acknowledged or addressed my request.

The place was really nice and service was outstanding. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Davao.

I recently stayed at DusitD2 Davao and loved it! The location is safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great amenities. Highly recommend for a serene getaway in Davao!

I'm sad to say my first stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the suite I was given smelled terribly like sewage. It was so strong, with no exaggeration, I wanted to throw up when inside the room. The management moved me to another room, but the corridor smelled moldy very strongly. It seemed unsafe to even breathe in those corridors. I do want to acknowledge the management and staff were nice and they seemed to be doing their best. But how much can they do for their customers when the building itself is in much need of being cleaned, mold removed and fixing. During breakfast or dinner times, the staff was very nice and kind. But again, even though the staff were doing their best, the building and rooms themselves are not in their best condition. There are other hotels in Davao that I heard is in much better condition. I would do more research before booking this hotel when visiting Davao.

After an initial disappointment with the room not set up as per my booking, this was quickly resolved and a new room assigned. Special mention to the front desk staff (Ria and Jie ?).

It was a very nice property in the Philippines. Special thanks to Green for being so professional, sharp and classy.

Highly rated hotel in the city. The rooms are well maintained and well equipped. The buffet breakfast is very delicious. I would stay here again.

the staff are all attentive, room is clean

The hotel had a junk yard of old appliances and mattresses and other non-working items. It was right outside my suite, balcony.

Overall, it’s a good hotel. It’s just that the key card didn’t work properly a few times, and we had to go to the reception several times during our stay, which was boring. But in the end, the hotel apologized for the inconvenience. The room had a balcony, which was nice, but unfortunately, smoking was not allowed even on the balcony — that was a bit annoying.

I booked Dusit D2 Davao expecting a modern and spacious hotel experience, based on the photos provided online. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The hotel appeared outdated and cramped upon arrival. The pictures made the pool seem large and inviting, but in person, it was quite small and underwhelming. On a positive note, the check-in process was smooth and the staff were genuinely accommodating. One staff member even escorted us to our room, which reminded me of the service we’ve experienced at luxury hotels like the Four Seasons. That gesture was appreciated. However, the room itself was a letdown. It felt old and lacked visual appeal. We were told we had a pool view, but it was barely visible unless you leaned far out to the side. The pillows were stained, and I had to call to have them changed — something that should never happen at a hotel of this standard, or maybe this is the standard of this hotel. There were three of us in the room, yet it was only set up for two — only two towels and two sets of toiletries. I had to request the additional items, which should have been prepared in advance. These details may seem small, but they add up and really impacted the overall experience. Dusit D2 Davao has potential, especially with its courteous staff, but the facilities and attention to detail need major improvement. Sadly, it did not live up to expectations.

This is a good hotel located close to some good restaurants. How ever the check in process took a long time and we did not have access to our room for 2 hours past the alloted check in time wven though we were there sitting in the lobby since 9 am. terrinle experience. I will not be back.
