깨끗하고 호텔주변도 다니기 편하고 직원들도 친절하고 아주 편하게 숙박했어요

두 개의 방이 문으로 연결된 방이 배정이 될 경우 체크인시에 미리 확인을 해주었으면 하는 바램입니다. 잘못 배정될 시에 너무 시끄러울 수 있어요.

조식이 별루였지만 숙박시설은 아주 깨끗했습니다. 침구류는 너무 푹신해서 잠을 푸욱 잤습니다

This is a very nice hotel, with a great staff a nice gym, excellent swimming pool, and good restaurant. The beds are comfortable. The concierge in front desk are excellent probably one of the best places in Davao city.

Had a small health issue with my stomach and digestive system and they sent the hotel nurse and some meds. No charge! You don't get that in other countries.

It’s very disappointed in the view. The balcony was dirty. Other than that it was a marvelous place to stay.

Staff was friendly who worked up front ! The cashier at breakfast restaurant maydawe I think that’s what it’s called ! Anyway lady did not provide the 15% Dusit discount ! I spoke to cashier and front desk and neither knew how to simple just credit back the 15% as it’s not difficult and it’s standard ! When you make mistake fix it and do not say I’m night cashier write your info down and I’ll see what I can do ? That’s not a way to handle the situation ! Bathroom also leaked water all over floor from shower ! The pool area is nice and the Thai restaurant are good ! Housekeeping very good !

The rooms were nice and big! The staff was really nice and hospitable and the food and drinks there were more consistently the best we had the entire!

From the moment we checked in it went from bad to worse. We had a deluxe king bed city view room reserved for 6 months in advance, after checking in they brought us to a twin bed room with a view of a parking lot for fuel trucks, when we told the belman this was not what we had prepaid for, they moved us to another room with a king bed, but no city view. The balcony seating area was filthy, and the chairs covered in bird poop, the view was the same, only a view of a parking lot with fuel trucks in the back of the hotel. The check in staff seemed perturbed to have to go to the trouble of switching us to another room, but the room they switched us to was still NOT the room that i had paid for and reserved 6 months in advance, but i was told that was all they had avaliable . Beyond that, the bathroom sink was moldy around the top edge, when calling for additional items such as towels, water, etc, EVERYTIME, they DID NOT BRING WHAT WE HAD ASKED FOR, and had to call Again for the right item. The check in staff are rude, unhelpful, and not friendly. I have stayed at many hotels, but this is by far the worst i have ever stayed in. I will never stay at this 2 star hotel again and would highly recommend Park Inn Radisson nearby where i have stayed numerous times, and where i will continue to stay on my future travels. I just thought i would try a different hotel for a change, and Iam very sorry for my choice.
