Staff was very accommodating with my needs.

Our booking was not recognized took sometime before we could check in.

We had a pretty much OK stay here. Nothing special. Just a place to sleep and take a bath. Everyone here was friendly. The hotel was pretty much average if you ask me.

The worst hotel experience I ever had! I understand it's a budget hotel however the least that we could expect is an air conditioning working, a toilet bowl with a working flush. Potable drinking water is a requirement however this hotel doesn't provide and a guest has to buy a potable drinking water at php 40.00/500ml. Need hot water in the morning, it's also for sale at php 40.00. And most frustrating experience is when I requested my mother's ophthalmic solution to be refrigerated (since it requires refrigeration, size of ophthalmic solution is just about 1.5") they decline as it is prohibited and suggested that I would rent a refrigerator instead. I would never be back in this hotel again!!

The room has too many mosquitoes.

It’s not that I am not satisfied. The room is okay big space but it's very dirty. ☹️

The bedsheets and the bed were clean and good that is the only part that we liked! But. The aircon is dusty, The cabinet is dirty, The telephone is dirty The side table is dirty, The wifi signal is bad and it can’t reach on our bed only in the room door. And most importantly the CR. Oh my God the CR is so smelly I/we can’t stand out the smell. The floors were dirty has a orange/yellow stains on every corner. The toilets are having black stains. The tiles on the wall had a dried nasal mucus everywhere Yucks!

Everything about the room was comfy and satisfying except for that one door that’s kinda hard to close and lock. But overall, it was pretty good! ‘Twas our 2nd time there. 😊

It’s just frustrating that they don’t offer free water. We still need to buy outside. And the comfort room of our room has poor lighting and there’s something on the ceiling that when you open the door it slams or something. And upon checking in, I was disappointed with the front desk. She’s not welcoming enough and is really snob.

Heater is broken, staff are not too hospitable

Theirs no elevator its difficult for us to bring our luggage only the security guard will will bring your other things. no storage room if we want to go to other place we cant leave our things very disappointed

No complimentary bottled water, we are asking for a hot water for noodles but we have to pay 40 pesos just for a cup of noodles! Guard on duty is so accomodating and also the staffs. No door mat inside of cr.

The room is so clean. and the location is very accessible to the Mall and different attractions.

I had the best size bed for the night. The place is very clean and their rooms are spacious. Enjoyed the hot and cold shower too. I will definitely go back for another night.

Well. It’s 3 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Bed was good. Pillows are okay. Air conditioned works really well. TV with cable. But No shampoo, no water, no slippers.

Pros: The room look exactly the same in the pictures. Cons: No tissue. Why?

Accommodating staffs. Their system was down at that time and the only key was used for all rooms was the master key. Bedroom has a smell but has a distinct smell when aircon wasn’t turned on. Overall, we have a good stay.

The room is not the same as the picture promised. It's far away to reality. Bedsheets were not so clean. No comforter given. The room ambiance is not so good.

Key card not working and have to ask the reception to manually open the door. Water supply in the shower is low. Only good thing is the room is spacious that's all.

The room is big but the locks are damaged. We need to go down and ask the front desk to open the door which is super hassle for us especially if we're on hurry. The room is creepy at times because of the lights. Also, comfort room needs to be clean more.
