Very friendly people....

I booked this hotel because it advertised a shuttle service to the airport. However, I ended up having to pay for a Grab because the shuttle only operates from 9 AM to 5 PM. I made my booking on April 27, and when we arrived on May 4 at around 4:30 PM, we were told the hotel was fully booked. Instead of the room we reserved, they placed us in a condo unit that was dirty and did not feel safe at all. It was not as advertised. There were no towels, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The staff member who assisted us was even wearing a nightdress, as if she was about to go to bed, which felt unprofessional. After everything we had been through that day, I complained because this was not the hotel I booked. At around 11 PM, they finally called and said they would transfer us to another room. We had to wait outside until 11:45 PM before being moved. In the end, the new room was still disappointing—it had dirty towels and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The entire experience was exhausting and caused unnecessary stress. Very disappointing stay. Not as advertised, poorly managed, and not recommended. I didn’t even think to eat the free breakfast!

I stayed overnight at this hotel Suites as location were closer to my appointment sites. Its a subpar hotel. The room is average. TV remote not working, The bathroom were not maintained. And the free breakfast is diappointing ( a staff fried 1 egg and put a small portion of corned beef) with fried rice and instant coffee. Staff were OK.

The staff were great and we loved the amenities. The room smell like mold. The bathroom has no shower curtain. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty.

Breakfast was good.

The staff are helpful, courteous. The place is very clean, but the downside is the free breakfast has very limited choices.

Shuttle service is only 8 hours a day. The temperature is the room was bad. The lowest number was 18.

All good, however the cafe needs a little work on operations.

Very tired hotel. Aircon not cool enough for the purpose. No hair dryer in the room. Had to go to lobby from 18th floor to ask for one. Airport shuttle didn’t work for us. Kettle didn’t work in the room. Luckily we only stayed there for one night. The only positive about the hotel is the location for Mall of Asia. In these day. A lots of choice at that price range. Will no go back definitely.

Just stayed overnight. The room was clean and nice staff.

Excellent customer service, everything convenient

Hard bed, no extra toilet paper, dirty pool, workers are slow and always talking to another, looks cool but quality isn’t the greatest, bad sleep, no face towel, no hand towel, no condition

The staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating, so very friendly, too! The airport shuttle was a huge plus! Rooms were basic, but comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is part of a larger residential complex, so the amenities are all shared. Gym is pretty outdated and small, so it was hard to really train, but the pool was nice and big. Breakfast options were very limited (it's menu style not buffet), with nothing fresh/light (fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc). Location was nice, close to airport and the mall, so it was a nice place to spend one night.

The staff was so welcoming, the lobby and dining area are beautifully decorated. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

Walking distance from MOA is perfect. Airport shuttle starts on time at 9am. Breakfast is good not a buffet. It's a free breakfast only.

Stor och härlig pool på innergård med flera sittplatser. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Vi fick också möjlighet till sen utveckling utan extra kostnad. Rena och bra sängar, kuddar, vattenkokare, handdukar etc. Men själva hotellet i övrigt (hissen, rullgardinen, inventarier) hade sett sina bästa dagar. Jag skulle definitivt bo här igen. Gångavstånd till Mall of Asia.
