The property is within walking distance of the Mall of Asia, less than ten minutes. Rooms were clean and in good order. The TV worked initially then stopped working all together, minor since we just spent the night, although the staff offered to move us to another suite, a big plus if we were staying longer. A shuttle bus bus to the airport was included and very helpful. Checkout was at noon, however they offered luggage storage until our ride to the airport. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Rooms had great AC and small kitchen with fridge in case you stay longer and want to cook. Overall the property met our needs for the amount of time we needed to stay.

Very clean room. Hannah and Kevin is very accommodating. The only comment I have is the towels. Maybe just bring your own towels, good thing I brought one. Breakfast was good.

Close to the airport. Airport stuttle was only available 9-5pm so we were not able to use this service. The staff were friendly.

Old building. Nothing memorable. Staff was nice and helpful. Cafe was closed for a conference. It was a cheap stay.

Mold in bathroom. Stains on the walls. Linens were off-white, old . Booked for 2 weeks. Left after 1 night.

Was picked up by the hotel shuttle from the airport. The staff was hrlpful. The breakfast was decent. The facilities good. A convenient place to stay before an early flight.

Thankful for a nice place to stop during a long layover in Manila. Room was small, but comfortable. Enjoyed airport shuttle from airport, but it was not available after 5 pm for our return to the airport to get on our international flight.

Would be better if fridge and microwave are provided in the unit otherwise everything is very good!

Very friendly people....

I booked this hotel because it advertised a shuttle service to the airport. However, I ended up having to pay for a Grab because the shuttle only operates from 9 AM to 5 PM. I made my booking on April 27, and when we arrived on May 4 at around 4:30 PM, we were told the hotel was fully booked. Instead of the room we reserved, they placed us in a condo unit that was dirty and did not feel safe at all. It was not as advertised. There were no towels, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The staff member who assisted us was even wearing a nightdress, as if she was about to go to bed, which felt unprofessional. After everything we had been through that day, I complained because this was not the hotel I booked. At around 11 PM, they finally called and said they would transfer us to another room. We had to wait outside until 11:45 PM before being moved. In the end, the new room was still disappointing—it had dirty towels and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The entire experience was exhausting and caused unnecessary stress. Very disappointing stay. Not as advertised, poorly managed, and not recommended. I didn’t even think to eat the free breakfast!

I stayed overnight at this hotel Suites as location were closer to my appointment sites. Its a subpar hotel. The room is average. TV remote not working, The bathroom were not maintained. And the free breakfast is diappointing ( a staff fried 1 egg and put a small portion of corned beef) with fried rice and instant coffee. Staff were OK.

The staff were great and we loved the amenities. The room smell like mold. The bathroom has no shower curtain. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty.

Breakfast was good.

The staff are helpful, courteous. The place is very clean, but the downside is the free breakfast has very limited choices.

Shuttle service is only 8 hours a day. The temperature is the room was bad. The lowest number was 18.

All good, however the cafe needs a little work on operations.
