This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. I wasn’t sure if we were going to have transport pick us up or not, but there was one waiting for us when we arrived, phew! Overall enjoyed our short stay here. Recommended for those who prefer to be away from the busy overcrowded beaches like Alona beach. The property is very clean but some facilities need update. It is beachfront and semi private. My only complaint is the no outside food and drink policy which comes with penalties. There is nothing nearby to purchase decent snacks or drinks so they need to reconsider that policy. It may be the one thing turning potential guests from here. That’s a shame because it’s otherwise a really nice place to unwind.

직원도 친절하고. 룸의 청결도 괜찮음. 조식은 별루. 수영장과 자연경관이 조화를 이루는 경치는 매우 좋음. 호텔앞에 바다가 있으나...7월 초. 날씨 탓인지 관람용이고 직접 수영하기는 힘듬. 아침 7시~8시 사이 조류 들어오기 전에 잠시동안은 즐길만 하며, 호텔영역에서 청소한 바다와 청소하지 않은 바다의 차이는 매우 크다.
교통이 매우 불편하여 매번 호텔측에 콜택시를 불러야 함

This is one of the worst rooms I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The toilet stopped working and ran throughout the night, the fan makes noise so you can’t keep that on, the ac sounds like it has a diesel engine attached to it, the rooms smells like exhaust, the food in the morning is absolutely horrendous. You cannot walk on the beach without sandals. The resort grounds are pretty nice but The rooms are run down. They also have the most expensive water in the entire Phillipines.
The staff is nice, always smiling but in no way can that make up for the terrible amenities.

Le site est magnifique, le personnel très gentil mais l’infrastructure n’est pas à la hauteur (pas d’eau chaude, Clim hyper bruyant, petit déjeuner spartiate, mauvais odeur dans les WC….) . Pas de clients, seulement 4 couples !

The hotel was great. The little beach was nice and looked great for snorkeling, unfortunately for us it was a little stormy when we were there. The kids area was great for our toddler. Really family friendly. However, they are really strict on outside food and drink which was a bummer. Very quiet resort away from the crowds. Not anything else around the hotel, had to take a 15-20 min ride to get to anything.

Urban resort. They have packed the resort with so many rooms there are building all over the place. The atmosphere is more like a hotel within the city rather than a resort. I took a swim during lowtide, i can smell sewer odor.

Grounds were clean - pool was relaxing.
Poor review d/t - only one restaurant extremely POOR food
to few of staff to serve - meals would take 1hr 30min on average. Resort will fine you if you bring in outside food. Again Food quality Extremely POOR.

Even a short period of time in Bohol i we had a lot of fun in some of the tourist spot. It was shame that we had no time to explore the rest of the tourist spot like the Birgin Island and snorkeling because of limited time because of act of nature which is our plane diverted to Crbu because of the weather conditions. But still have lots of fun.
For the Hotel we e stayed Flushing Meadows, well it was good but the transportation was too expensive , so be careful to book anything from the hotel you need to ask the reception first begore you confirm the booking to avoid any inconvenience that you might surprise when you got the bill. But the hotel was good. And the staff was so friendly and approachable.

I had very high expectation, but the service fell very short. No internet access at all, and my complaints were not taking seriously at all. Very isolated. One cannot go to the nearby town Alona but with tricycle of motocucle with no helmet.
One goo thing, the shuttle back to the airport.
