Room is not that good bathroom doorknob is broken pillows have small and mosquito inside the room

Grocery and restaurants right in the building as well, very convenient, the view and the room are nice, good price for a condo like this, owner of the condo was very responsive on every questions we had, would definitely come back in the future.

My Room was filthy, sheets or duvet dont fit the bed, they were a size too small and were very dirty. Sick on the pillow Door to balcony did not work Balcony was incredibly small Washing machine spilled water all over the floor Drains blocked in shower and shower curtain and rod fe down 3 times Housekeeping and comms were not good Never turned up Lifts very slow and alway choca Pool organisation was a nightmare and so service lacking. Pool was lovely though Good internet and TV Good fridge View amazing Good location Very lacking in service generally Very little English Rubbish was a shocker, no wonder there's cockroaches I really was going to move and deserve my money back

The property is great with restaurants and small grocery inside. The lobby is well decorated but it can be crowded depending on the day and time of the day. It’s safe with guards 24/7. The room I stayed at is just ok. Need to have a better shower curtain as water can get through all over the tiny bathroom. Air conditioning is the best part plus the refrigerator and microwave is very useful though the stove barely worked so if you need to cook, this might not work. Overall the space is fine for one person maybe two and/or a small child. Netflix is available.

Property itself was nice, but room had broken features like the toilet, had a little bug problem too.

Excellent place to stay, host is extremely helpful & reachable. I did enjoy a lot staying in Makati, Air residency.

A good and quiet appartment with the necessary needs. Its a big building with 60 floors and around 60 appartments per floor so it can be a little loud in the hallway. Depends on the neighbours. Some of the items in the room need to be fixed. I shared that with the owner who will take care of it. The residence looks clean and the staff is polite and friendly. The elevator is a little warm because there is no airco inside I guess. The swimming pool is nice but more for kids because it is mostly undeep water. The environment around the pool looks pretty by the way. I didnt pay for the fee (150 pesos per day) which I think is the reason most people don't come there. In general a good place to stay. The location is great and next too a mall, supermarket and restaurants. Also nearby many sightseeing places in Manila, you can reach by walk or taxi (which is cheap in The Philippines). The traffic around the building is crowded but acceptable. On a higher floor you dont hear it so much in the room. It didnt bothered me anyway. The check in and out is different than normal but not difficult if you follow the instructions you get by email or in the chat. Everyone is helpfull and friendly. If i come back to the Philippines I might consider to stay at The Air Residences again. Thanks for a good vacation!

Very nice stay. Beautiful view. The mall downstairs is the utmost convenience. A few pests in hallways. Only saw one "bug" in the bathroom inside the unit.

Thank you So much for accommodation my son and FIL. They love your space and perfect location for their appointment. Close to embassies and most malls. Safe and very prompt response from owner all the time. thank you again and looking forward to staying here again.

It was a good stay but watch you stuff pick pockets stole my phone when walking in the city

私はゴキブリが嫌いなので、ホテルで見かけて最悪でした。 定期的に虫の駆除くらいして欲しい。 17階でゴキブリはないでしょう。 バスルームも消臭して欲しいです。

If the full score is 100, it is definitely worth 101! This geographical location is convenient for us to go anywhere. I have lived in many condos, which is the most beautiful. The room is clean and the Internet speed is very fast! And Netflix. It's really relaxing to watch a movie after taking a shower.

It's a great space, very well put together. Ample room to get around comfortably. Location is a great plus, with a mall next door and it being situated in the Central area of Manila. The host was very helpful and responsive; Made the entire stay beautiful!
