You get what you pay for.. we stay here every time we are in Panglao

No water early in the morning. No TV and the room looks old and no maintenance. The CR has a hole too which i think when your outside you can see f someones using the CR.

Walls in the room had a lot of ants. I was itching all over on our first night and we had to move the bed in the middle of the room to prevent ants from crawling in the bed. Bed sheets do not smell good (you’d know if the sheets were washed or not). There was no water during the wee hrs and had to wait till morning to ask them to turn on their water pump. We didn't try the food. The staff was just okay.

Run out of water in the morning. No one ever changed bedsheets. No towels provided everyday. No TV.

No complimentary soap and shampoos. There were lot of mosquitoes in the room. The towels and pillows smells bad. The sink was leaking. They have to renovate the rooms, too.

Cr door has a broken door knob. Locked myself inside and Spent 15mins inside the CR trying to open the door. Shower knob is also broken. No proper coordination from the management and late giving of towels and linens.

The Room is not pleasing. Its very different the pictures was good but in the actual was very disappointing. I cannot recommend this to other travelers.

One word insect. No towels, complimentary soaps, or shampoos.

It was okay, needs to improve, room had mosquitoes

You will get what you pay for. But it is enough for just a place to put your things and sleep.

I love Ging Ging Homes because its very near to Alona Beach which is the spot in Panglao few steps to the beach. A budget friendly rooms for 2 is worthy with already have AC. Also, to their service all the staff was friendly and very accommodating, everytime they saw us they never forget to greet us, the room was good, aircon was great! They have terrace for each rooms so if you want to chill outside the room. I love their receptionist Angel for always give what we need. Actually all of them. I thank sir Luke for giving us Peanut Kisses Delicacy before we leave. I will recommend this to my family and friends! Thanks again we enjoyed our trip!

The type of room we want is full so they gave us the family room instead. The building is so old that the doorknobs are rusty. The location and price is great but it seems they don't maintain the building.

Good experience. looking forward for the next trip.
