직원과 경비원 모두 친절하고 배려심이 깊었지만, 제 방은 방음이 잘 안 됩니다. 소음 때문에 항상 잠에서 깨곤 합니다.

Nicely located hotel adjacent to shopping mall. Quite clean but needs an update. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot and cold water from dispenser on all room floors. No room service. Easy location for Grabs and Taxis. Comfortable beds and adequate aircon. Patchy wifi and poor in room TV.

I’m giving this an awesome rating because they were able to resolve my main problem that day. I accidentally booked for April 6 when I need the room for April 5. I asked them to move the check in date and they did. Thank you. However, the room is not the best. No bidet, the water bucket suddenly stopped working, and cockroaches are inside the bathroom and in the room itself. I will still consider this hotel in the future because it’s in the heart of the city and price is really cheap. I'm just hoping they can minimize the cockroaches in the future.

The staff is accommodating. However, room was too hot. AC was not working properly. No bidet as well.

Comfy, easy to check in and check out. Good location and convenient since it is beside the Robinsons and near every tourist spots in the city. For improvement, please add bidet on your Comfort Room.

It was clean, adjacent to the Robinson mall and starbucks, cheap, just little bugs but its still okay. Staffs are okay and helpful. Awesome

I don't know if some things have changed but it felt different. We have stayed there a lot of times but the last time was a bit of a downer. We had to request for 2 towels and they smell bad. There were "pubic hairs" on the toilet like it wasn't cleaned thorougly.

This is actually the third time I stayed in Go Hotel and booked it all with ota. The staff is friendly. Two elevators are ready to use making it more easier and more convenient. There is toilet provided for visitors and its clean and comfy. The room is really spacious, clean, and cozy. The toilet/shower is truly clean and has cold and hot shower of your choice. Beddings are new and clean(except on my first stay because there is a blood on the bed sheet hahaha). The lighting is good. There is a safety box to keep your valuables. The hotel is located beside the mall and coffee shops and near any stores that could provide your need so it's really great. The only thing I don’t like is the air condition. One of the rooms I stayed has quite disappointing air condition.

The hotel is in a good location but I think the bed sheets were not changed regularly. Please fix that issue. Thank you.

This accommodation is perfect for family vacation. It is located right beside the Robinson's Mall Iloilo. There service was great. Every staff member was very professional.
