Please be informed that we don't accept last minute booking because of the management office is open till 4:00 PM. Every day Sunday and Holidays the management office is closed for such reason we are not able to get approval for the guest to enter the apartment unless the management office is open. However we are accepting guest Sunday and holidays but in advanced booking and who send us the ID in advanced in order to get the approval in advanced for guest to enter the apartment . Please be informed that the management office is open till 4:00 PM. Every day Sunday and Holidays the management office is closed and the building has tight security to ensure the safety of the residents. Therefor please you are kindly requested to attach here your any government ID with your companion along with your contact numbers in order to execute and/or process your gate pass approval from the management office to give you the key in perfect time Please avoid hassle and stress :) Guests will not be allowed to check inn if the copy of their IDs have not been submitted to the building administration a ahead of the check in date. We cannot hand in your IDs after office hours and during national holidays because the administration office is closed please send us the IDs early as possible. Furthermore, please note that any guest without submitting the IDs in advance We welcome them till 4 pm. Only Any guest attached the IDs in advanced we welcome them from 2: 00 Pm. till midnight and no time limit for arrival. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 14 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in.
