Hey! Jude Resort Hotel

The staff were accommodating and the place was accessible to the shops, restaurants and beach front. However, the hotel lacked wifi connection, and the air conditioner was old to give a satisfying temperature. 3 out of 5 stars.

Friendly and approachable staff, clean room and the best thing is it is in a very accessible location. It is close to D’Mall so we had no issues looking for places to eat and very close to the beach itself

What I like about Hey Jude is its location, a 2minute walk to the beach and it is within D'mall, so no problem with finding food to eat. Also, the staff is accommodating and there is complimentary breakfast. 😊

We stayed from May 26 to 29 2019. Overall our stay at the hotel was great. The beds and sheets were comfy. Aircon was working great. Wifi was fast and tv has tons of channels. The cr was clean too. The staff were very warm and accommodating, even got two glasses of complimentary arrival drinks. Was also given with a complimentary check out OJ, awesome! My only issue was the breakfast, we waited too long for our food to be served. I hope the mgt will make improvements on the breakfast. How about you prepare the food beforehand and serve on a chaffing dish? You only got around 6-7 meals on your menu. It wouldn't really hurt to prepare them ahead instead of taking individual orders. Also please move your time to 6am or earlier instead of 6:30. Your guests would be really happy to eat early and go and enjoy boracay early. On our last day we saw some who sadly left without having bfasts since it is past 6:30 already and your not prepared yet.

Room is not soundproof. You can hear the noise from the other rooms. Room is big and has 2 queen bed which is good. I don't know why but there was always power outage. They have generator but its irritating to hear the sound of power when it shuts down. Good for budget travel.

The rooms are spacious. Great staff! Location is on point! Inside D'mall and close to the beach, 2-3min walk.. Next time I'm going to boracay, will definitely go back to Hey Jude.. :)

The room was nice, simple and cozy I only got annoyed with the mosquitoes on the 2nd night of our stay like how did they got in? But the rest of our stay was just fine. Thanks to the very accommodating staff.

Everything is great except for the aircon.

Only problem is that lots of mosquitoes outside the room. But it's a great hotel to stay.

The place is perfect since it's located near the beach and Dmall. They serve great breakfast and the staffs were very accommodating. Would love to stay there again ❤

I don't know with others if it is fine with them if their room has only sliding doors and curtains as entrance/exit of the room, but for me, no. I don’t feel safe at all and I’m quite paranoid that someone can see me from the outside especially at night. Also, the glass windows are covered with paper or cardboard. The shower room has a glass window next to it. I believe people from the outside can see your silhouette while taking a shower so I turned off the lights while taking a shower. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in! There are also dust on the cabinets, tables. The light is too dark. The sink is clogged. Good thing I only stayed there for a night. But I would commend your staffs, they are helpful and kind. Food is okay. Location is good. Near establishments/restaurants. Maybe 5 minutes from the beach.

보라카이의 필수 방문지와 가까워서 위치가 완벽했고 무료 아침 식사는 기대 이상이었습니다. 숙박비는 매우 저렴했고 건물은 오래되었지만 그럼에도 불구하고 가격에 비해 기대 이상이었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절해서 Hey Jude 호텔에서의 숙박이 즐거웠습니다.

all staff are very kind and generous. nearby the beach. the location is good. the room is clean and nice. we're very enjoy with our stay there.

The hotel staff are very accommodating.

It's my second time here at hey Jude my second LaBoracay experience I always love coming back to this hotel because it always feels like home. I just wish they're doors are much thicker so you couldn't hear the noise from the hallway.
