전기나 수도에 문제가 많았음

친구랑 같이 한 여행에서 어릴때 추억 속으로의 여행이였습다. 주변이 친환경적이고 직원들도 친절하고 이틀 잘 묵고 갑니다.

늦은 출국전에 2시간정도 사용 위치가 몹시 외지고 진입로 길이 비포장이라 진입이 어려움(무서웠음) 노후하고 낡고 더러운 시설, 어메니티 커피포트 차류 없음 방키1개 샤워물이 빗물보다 적게 나옴 순간온수기로 샤워물 데우니 온수온도가 조절되지않아 아이 씻기는게 너무 힘듬 어른둘 아이 3인 묵는데 얇고 큰 수건 2장 줘서 1장 더 요청하니 물흡수가 되지않는 비치타월을 줌(딴거달라고 해도 안먹힘) 화장실에 전 투숙객이 쓰다남겨둔 일회용품이 그대로 있음(청소상태) 다른후기들의 진정성이 의심스러움 시진 올릴려고 하니 사진 추가가 안되네요

水圧が強くて良かった

The resort is quiet, which is what I was looking for. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need to include wifi, cable tv, and A/C. Beware of the road that leads to the resort is very rough and bumpy.

Very nice property would stay again, Road to property unrelated to motel needs fixed.

Last year my room was larger and more accommodating for 3. This year with 4 of us I received a smaller room that was much older condition and a very bad sewer Oder from the bathroom, I was told to open the window. The food Menu was changed so we were to.d to order off the two screens on the desk. And only 2 of the 10 options were available. Last year this was my favorite place and this year I know I won’t return here. Good.by hidden lagoon. I don’t know what changed but I will.

The property, pool, are beautiful. The staff are wonderful and quick to respond Breakfast was delicious! Improvements can be made -room should have a safe or locker -ac can be stronger -inspecting towels for spots before leaving them for guests This is a great property but walking here at night seems not so safe and can be difficult to get drivers because of the deep forest location the property is located in

Not really happy we want our money back!

I would have given this property a better rating if it wasn’t for the 1.5 kilometer dirt road from the Main Street. It was a struggle to get to and from the property. Owners need to do something about that. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

The only issue with this property was that it was too far, (and expensive), from Aluna Beach strip

Everything is okay except for the road leading to the property.

A really nice place to stay for a few days.The staff are nice and friendly and helpful and the accommodation is nice and clean.I would recommend this place to anyone.Just a heads up as others have previously mentioned the road to the property is quite bad so be prepared.

I love the place , worth the price, the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just hard to get a transportation in the area due to its location. But it’s peaceful , quiet and very relaxing especially the pool. Thank you for the staff especially Maria.

The place is good. Very quiet like you can rest really.

Quiet area away from main street but the road leading to property was in such poor condition. The resort, staff and facilities were good. The bed was comfortable and pool small but adequate.

We had an amazing time at the resort as it was very spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the pool.
